Shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get food at 1 am with no one in restaurant. Lazy ass employees.

I ordered the special Reese burger, and while the flavor was good, it was overwhelmed by way too much BBQ sauce—it really needed better balance. On the plus side, the service was fast; my food arrived in just 3.5 minutes.

Unfortunately, the ambiance didn’t match the quality of the food or service. The place was completely empty and felt a bit neglected, with the cleanliness leaving much to be desired.
The burger has potential, but I’d recommend asking for less BBQ sauce. The speedy service is a definite plus, but the atmosphere could use some serious improvement.

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been too ever. So slow, awful customer experience. Took 20 minutes to get food after going through the drive thru…and was missing food? Insane.

Men’s bathroom sink is not working, washed my hands in the soda fountain water dispenser to get the soap off. Female workers must not like the women’s room either because they were using the men’s and copping a peek on their way past the urinal.

I purchased a Crispy Chicken McGriddles Meal, but the hash browns were missing from the bag upon receipt.

I immediately called the location, as I could not return at that moment. The manager provided me with a code to redeem the missing item the next day. However, when I returned to the restaurant the following day with the code, they did not authorize the redemption.

I am disputing charges and will not pay for products I did not receive.

Managers do not follow through with what they promise and this I very frustrating

No one was there when we pulled up and still had to pull up to wait

Terrible service. I waited almost an hour and after they brought it to me, the order was wrong. In the end, I couldn't eat what I had ordered. I went to ask them to change it and they left me waiting.

Fries were cold, and took like 45 minutes to get the order, obviously was in new year eve they do their best but it was crazy

Worst McDonald's franchise I have ever been. Nothing works there, no water in the washrooms taps, no ice, place is dirty and it took more than 40min to serve.

We ordered service from the drive Thrive guy super rude and hateful ISAAC, he was just using his phone and not doing his job
