Just went to but a chicken nuggets combo for my autistic 6 years old. I usually by the happy meal but because he nows eat more then 6 nuggets I just by the regular combo so is more expensive. I ask nicely if it was OK to give him the combo inside of the happy meal box, the lady that was getting the payment say yes. When I received the order it was not in the happy meal box but that's ok I ask again and they told me the manager say they can not provide me the box for my kid. So now I buy a complete more expensive combo and my son because his special needs do not understand is the same food because is not in the same box so he do not want to eat. I been in different McDonald's and they always provide him with the happy meal box with the regular combo. This is the first time this happened to me. Very disappointed in this place and now frustrated because my son won't eat his food.

I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonaldâs. The customer service was extremely poor from the moment I started. making my order. The staff seemed uninterested in helping customers and were rude when taking my order. I had to repeat my order multiple times because she couldn'tunderstand, and when I asked a simple question about my meal, I was met with an attitude instead of assistance.

Went there at 3:00 3 different times a theyâre system is either down or they try to sell you whatâs left . This place is lazy and has bad customer service. Anyone working there over night should be fired . 24/7 or is it not

The manager of this establishment was yelling at one of the employees when me and my kids went through the drive-through. This one employee who was white with wavy hair named Beth was so polite and was a joy to be around, but the way the manager was speaking to the other employees is unexpectable.
