I asked for an order by Uber, and it arrived with expired apples, I called and informed an employee and she told me to eat them because I won't have any reaction, which is only for the store's regulation, and I told her I'm worried if they give it to a child or a person and it creates an allergic reaction and the employee tells me that that wasn't going to happen, that it could be eaten like that... wow, where is the customer service?

I understand being short staffed while being busy, I really do. I was being understanding the entire time, but waiting at the speak box for like 25-30 minutes and then the lady thorough the speaker box was extremely rude when my family and I tried to get her attention to see if we can pull up to the window since the cars behind us decided to drive around and cut us. Then we tried placing a mobile order while waiting at the speaker box, but the rude lady told us that they didn’t have half of what we ordered through the app which we weren’t mad about that since we understand running out supplies, but the way she rudely said bye to us was unacceptable. This location should shut down for the night if they have one cook and the line is wrapped around the building.

This is the closest McDonalds to where I live and I’ve been here too many times to count. But they miss at least one part of my order EVERY SINGLE TIME. Either I check when I get it and have to ask for the item, or I go home to find out they are missing a part of my order. This has been a re occurring problem for the 3-4 years I’ve been going to this Mc Donald’s and I can’t remember a time they’ve gotten an order right. Either I’m super unlucky or it’s the location

The service was fine. it's a shame none of the sandwiches look like they do on TV. And I guess none of the fast food sandwiches look as good as they do on TV. My rating is for the appearance of the sandwiches not the service or the taste the service gets five stars

I ordered from here 2 times and both times whoever is in charge of the orders to get picked up from Uber eats decided they wanted to add whatever they wanted on my order instead of putting what I ordered in the bag both times items were missing and I let it slide the first time not the second I went personally with the bag of cold food and was on another level of angry I was HANGRY the manager had a bit of an attitude but gave me my order correct and could have given me a coupon but I stead gave me a mcflurry after having to pay Uber eats fee and tip wich did not amount would I eat there again ABSOLUTELY NOT or order from Uber eats either they are stealing partial of the order or they are just incompetent and can't seem to get it together
