At 12:44am, on Sunday morning, the services was terribly slow. Sucked. Need more people.

The customer service was trash I came at 3:50 pm in the drive thru on February 19 on a Wednesday it was a long wait and the manager was not helpful did not try to help me as a paying customer, he was rude and slammed the window in my face he is a light skinned Hispanic man didn’t even catch his name with his attitude but I will never be coming back to this McDonald’s . i would not recommend it clearly he shouldn't be a manager or be working in the customer service business !

The worst McDonald’s ever!!! These workers don’t work all they do is talk talk talk? I had to come to them 3 times to get my order right ? Missing chicken nuggets, sauce, straw . Unbelievable what happened to McDonald’s? Will never return again !!!!’ They need some professional people that actually care about the customers service! Disappointment…. They need to be all fired !

You order food to expect what you ordered but here you always are missing something

The staff is friendly and fast, but the fries always are pretty horrible. They always taste old and reheated.

Dirty tables are not typical of McDonald's. This was my first stop at this location. Also, this is a location with no soft drink station in the dining room. I only got an iced coffee. I understand that McDonald's might do away with free refills at some of these locations. I was told there is a limit of two refills at some locations, although I was given additional refills free anyway.

Dietary restrictions: It's McDonald's. Get pickles and onions or don't get them. That's about it

They don’t have lids for the coffee cups, and they don’t tell you until you pay for it. I had to drink my coffee with a straw.

Pulled in at 330 AM to get some fries and nuggets. At the intercom was told they are not taking any orders. They didnt say they are closed or something was damaged for the closure. Online this location is listed as 24 hours. Doesn't seem like customer service to me.. super disappointed 😞

I pulled up to the drive through a little after midnight, at this point there was only 2 cars in front of me. When I pulled up to the intercom they shut the screen off and I proceeded to wait 20-30 for no one to say anything. Then 8 cars piled up behind me and I got blocked in so I couldn’t leave, then when I get to the window it turns out they were open. The girl then told me she was “taking orders” when clearly she wasn’t, then said I had to rejoin the line. I’m good Love, ate at the Wawa next door. Just got back to Florida from a 20 hour road-trip.

staff was rude , wait was to long for drive thru took 20 min to get cold fries and they were ut of several drinks . do not recommend
