If I order more than a drink I have to park and wait. It’s always something with them. Service is horrible they talk to you like they hate you. And I understand if it’s a one time tubing but every time cmon.

How can a McDonald's get a 5 star? SERVICE! Excellent. As for the food....good food as always. Don't expect amazing food... great location... a lot going on in this area! Clean and good quiet atmosphere the day we were there. Thank you to the sweet older lady and the young Hispanic manager who were there to help customers!

Terrible customer service! They and all McDonald's always failed to add ketchup to any and all others. They need to start putting ketchup or ask people if they want ketchup!
Once I notice since they send me to park and wait for my food I requested the ketchup and waited and waited and the employee never brought any.
I had to move my car and go.over to the inside to request the condiment.
It is frustrating to want to eat hot fries and they are cold. To.want ketchup to hide the cold meat of the fries and they failed to a few packets on the bag.
There is no respect for customers they only and barely respect money and that is it.
Ordered breakfast for 2 thru the app to save time. Got home no hash browns with order. Called numerous times each time I was hung up on. Employees were saying they couldn't hear me. They sounded as if they knew English but obviously did not are enough a out a customer's concern to try to resolve phone issue. I used another phone to call and viola they were able to hear me. When I told them I was missing my hashbrowns the young man stated he would give me French fries later as if they were used to dealing with such an issue.. It's called fast food for a reason at least get the order right and practice good customer service. I work close by but I will NEVER frequent this McDonald's again. They need to hire better people or train them correctly. This is the only McDonald's in kissimmee that I have ever had a problem with so its obviously THEM.. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. Save yourself from the frustration.

On September 13, 2025 at 10:49am I did a mobile order for a big breakfast with hot cakes and hash brown. When I get to the window the employee send me to the spot #5 even though there was no line. Like 6 mins after I got my food and 3 mins after that when I got home the hot cakes were hard and the hashbrown was soggy. It’s a shame that every time is always something wrong or missing with my orders.
