this was a joke this morning got to the window after waiting about five minutes from placing the order then they wanna park you for three sausage McMuffins and a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. How long is it gonna take two or three minutes they told me I'm not parking. I told them I'm gonna wait here manager came to the window told me to give me the receipt back you'll just refund my money so I can Just leave so I didn't bother you in the receipt either all of a sudden my food shows up then he starts to lecture me as his hand the next time you need to park hold up all the customers why should I Care about the other customers I paid for my food I don't pay to park then on top of it. Two of my three McMuffins were burnt.

I had an issue with an order I made through the app. The receipt was correct. The grill ticket was correct. However, the burger still had onions which I cannot eat. I called the store and talk to the manager, but I was too far away and they couldn’t refund it over the phone, I ended up passing by this location the next day talk to one of the managers they refunded it.Mistakes happen. They owned it and made it quick to fix. Says a lot about management there!

They try to teach the production rate or a production timer by making you send in a drive-thru parking space that doesn't matter what you order it could be a family so that you have to go there sit and wait for someone to bring you your food which is freaking
