Do not order a hot fudge sundae. The no longer put the lid on a fill your cup. They fill the cup half way put a squirter of fudge and the put the top on. I paid $12 for 3 of them. If you added them together it would equal what you used to get. Do not visit this store.

The woman at the window was atrociously rude. She left us waiting, when she answered she was basically yelling into her microphone, couldn’t understand that a mobile code and mobile order are different things, and her attitude stunk. She should NOT be customer facing at all. Usually service is good but this was just something else. Maybe learn how to talk to people before taking a customer service job woman 🙄

I went there and bought breakfast but the pancakes were stuck together and rock hard. I called and “JONATHAN” told me to come back the next day and get a free meal for the inconvenience, when I went back they told me Jonathan didn’t say anything about it and that I need come back when he is there, like I’m begging for food or something.

if I could take stars away from this location, I would forget the fact that the managers filled they don’t have to put gloves on to touch your food. Imagine spending almost 7 dollars on the bagel. Get home to find the meat raw and then when you walk back in the store they throw it out and look around like they don’t know where they’re at like hello I didn’t come just to drop off the bagel. This store shows how not to perform when you work at McDonald’s if you want people to know what not to do when they work at McDonald’s stick them in this Location act like when I got there there was an order for curbside they gave away exactly 6 other orders before one of the employees looked at the meal and walked that food to the car in hashbrowns in the older smoothie. It was done 15 minutes ago.

Most terrible service ever lady at the drive was so rude, yelling when I pull up SHES already swearing and looked me dead in my face and then ignored me , she asked if I wanted to round up my total then caught the craziest attitude and then said “wow it’s just 30 cents what if your kid was sick and needed it” and then as I start driving to the second window she starts saying how I’m “mad rude “ throughout the whole interaction I’m being a sweetheart like I always am to customer service workers

There's no one at the register anymore. The human aspect is basically gone and after you do everything via your phone, if you have an issue you have to get someones attention to have them tell you "oh yeah, the app hasn't been working right for awhile...". Otherwise the food is McDonald's, same taste as usual. Just use the drive through and you'll be okay.

Im getting called into work early and doing 12 hour warehouse shifts for peak season and I order breakfast on the app so I can have some food for my shift and got there at 10:32 and they canceled it on me and it honestly might be my 13th reason
