Horrible place you cant see the employees make you food plus they are extremely slow. I waited for 25 min a saw 3 costumers make their order and leave before me .and the fries where sitting in the bag the whole time i was waiting on my food

Overnight team needs some retraining or something. I doordash here frequently and almost never see them in there. It’s awfully convenient that a good majority of the time that I try to go to the window to pick up a last minute dinner order before the switch to breakfast when I pull up to the speaker no one answers for a good minute (there’s no line most the time) and so I pull to the window and again have to wait at least 5 mins before I see a worker at all let alone them come to the window. This makes the order wait till breakfast switch which makes it impossible to get the customer their order (cuz the food I guess just disappears until dinner again??). I lose money and waste gas cuz lord knows doordash won’t fully pay me for it, the customer wastes their time and money, not pleasant. It also seems to be the red haired girl with glasses a good portion of the time. I know sometimes computers mess up so it may not be completely their fault but not getting an answer at the speaker or window is definitely human error. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before so Ik it’s rough sometimes and I try not to be so constructive about stuff with them but this isn’t just a one time issue. It seems like I’m calling DD support for this same issue every single time I come here. I’m also aware this isn’t a “regular customer experience” but being a doordasher and helping you serve customers through transportation there needs to be some more work on communication since we are working as a “team”. Your establishment needs to contact doordash and have them not allow delivery orders up to an hour before the breakfast switch. Oh no you may lose money though! That’s fine yall make plenty. You’re losing it anyway cuz most of the time customers won’t want to reorder.

Never thought I would be writing this I went to the drive thru and order a double quarter meal after I payed I was instructed to pull forward to receive my food as soon as I arrived at the second window I was told to pull forward as my meal wasn’t ready I pulled to the waiting spot where I waited almost 20 minutes for my food to be ready which is mind boggling since this is considered fast food after I finally received my food I drove home to eat my food when I took a bite of my burger I noticed it had a weird taste and was cold I looked down and noticed the patty looked different I pulled the bottom patty apart I was shocked to discover the bottom patty was raw not only was that extremely disgusting that is dangerous as I was unfortunate enough to receive food poisoning the next day I drove back as soon as I discovered the raw patty and asked to speak to the manager when I told her what happened she didn’t even apologize for what happened it was insane that I had to wait almost 20 minutes for a raw burger if I could give 0 stars I would.

This McDonalds is absolutely horrible. They pull to the side every single time I’ve ever been here and wait times can vary from 10 to 30 minutes. Tonight I just went and was pulled up to the next window after the service window to wait. I spent 25 minutes sitting here as I watched over 7 cars receive their food and drive off. The person that finally came with the food was wearing some regular clothing and didn’t care to give any explanation or even look at me for that matter. On top of ALL THIS the snack wrap I ordered was cold but my sandwich was scorching hot. DO NOT come to this location if you’re looking for “ fast” food or good service.

Got here for an Uber, had 6 others show up for either door dash or Uber and leave before mine was finished. This is excluding normal customers, so they don't know how to prioritize specific orders. I'm sure they were busy and drive through comes first but with these mobile orders for pickup, it should be first come first serve.

I really don't like coming here in the mornings. The service here SUCKS!! A few of their employees attitude aren't good, just whatever. And their managers don't help you with a simple thing like switching a piece of ham over a piece of sausage for the breakfast Mcmuffin that I like. It's very disappointing that a MANAGER can't give you better service and please a customer.. Smdh.. Really frustrating coming to this location. That's why I barely go there in the morning time. 👎🏻😠👎🏻

Horrible staff, got yelled at at the drive thru, because im taking a moment to see what i want mind you nobody is behind me, i jumped when i heard yelling from the microphone, no one has the right to yell at me let along when im paying my money and also you will be thrown in the waiting parking space for a long time and when you complain because you already waited 35 mins for your food you get treated like pure crap, and you will get your food thrown at you, there's some sweet people who are doing their job right but the ones im talking about know exactly who they are shame on you, plus what i nice surprise to find a bone in my boneless nuggets, everything was reported to the corporate, shame on y’all
