My family and I had an amazing experience here. The show was very entertaining and our server Eduardo was very polite, extremely professional, and helped in every single way possible. I will be bringing my family here again. I highly recommend this location.

Fun for all ages! Great food and entertainment. A must if you are nearby one. The Orlando location was terrific! Go team yellow!
We haven't been in 12 years and decided to go and bring our 6 year old. I forgot how great it was and she absolutely loved it!

Wow so fun! To start, the bathrooms were decent and clean so I appreciate that. Went to the bar, and the souvenir glass that the drinks come in was real glass which I was shocked at the good quality of. The area area was clean and did smell kinda rank at first but then it filtered out as the show started. The food was great! Chicken moist, potato wedge soft, tomato bisque hearty. And the show itself was captivating and great for all ages. My only gripe would be the tipping culture, if we are tipping, it is awkward for the waiter themselves to ask how much youâre going to give them. Some families can afford a huge tip, some can not. In general, a great time and a great way to spend an evening!

I attended a Medieval Times show on March 27, 2024, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. While the visual elements of the show were impressive, the sound quality was terribleâmy group and the ones seated near us couldnât understand 90% of what was being said. It completely ruined the experience, and we ended up leaving early. For nearly $100 per person, this was unacceptable.
Even more disappointing was the lack of follow-up from customer service. I reached out the very next day and received a generic response stating that management would follow up. After three separate emails and over 20 days with no response, I wrote again and they never responded.
Now over a year later, I had friends in town who asked about Medieval times and it reminded me how disappointed the experience was and why I decided to write this review.
I expected more from such a well-known attraction, both in terms of performance quality and how they handle guest feedback. Based on this experience, obviously my friends aren't going and I wonât be returningâand I certainly wonât be recommending Medieval Times to others.

Went for the the first time for a friend's birthday dinner last Saturday 8/23 for the 7:30pm show. My friend and her family had already arrived. Check in was EASY. I showed them the confirmation email, we got our table number tag and went in to join our party. We had a great time! We had just normal tickets, didn't do VIP or anything. The atmosphere was fun, there's tons of stuff to buy, gift shop, themed drinks, play swords and toys for kids. My husband got really into it during the show. It was a lot of fun and we'd absolutely go again just to have a fun night out! And our group with the red and yellow knight won that night! A great time for all of us!

This is our second time at the Kissimmee location. I would like to say it was a 100% great experience but it was not. Our waitress wasnât very friendly. I received a dirty cup, asked her for a new one and after quite some time she brought me an even dirtier cup that had bright red visible lipstick on the rim of the cup. After that though the food and show were wonderful, we had a blast during that time! I would recommend putting a new dessert on the menu. The pastries are dry and not flavorful. After the show my son was SO excited to meet the knights, king, and queen. In our experience the cast has always been very friendly and guest oriented, chatting and taking photos. We did not have the same experience this time. Our specific knight seemed annoyed to be dealing with people and wasnât friendly and worst of all when my 7 year old son saw the king, he ran up to him so happy to meet him and asked for a picture, just for him to look my son and I up and down, see our crowns and in turn rudely say âyour knight was trash but ok.â I was in shock and thought maybe he was joking. He was not. He did not smile or laugh and was very standoffish toward my son like he was annoyed he was there. I didnât even know how to respond at that point. I did not take his photo and told my son to come on back to me, he quickly came over to me and was extremely upset and started tearing up because of what âthe kingâ said to him, how he was acting and didnât understand why he was being so mean. Iâm sorry but itâs a SHOW and regardless of what the knight did in the show we didnât choose our seating and a grown adult doesnât need to be speaking that way at a medieval event to children or any guests for that matter. I was furious at that point and did seek out management. They were very concerned, helpful and kind. They gave my son a special one on one photoshoot with our knight and told me theyâd be speaking to the king actor about it. I did see the manager call him into an office as we were leaving. We were upset and just wanted to leave at that point so my son didnât even get to meet the other knights like he usually does. Overall this was the worst experience weâve ever had at a Medieval Times show, it ruined the night for us and makes us not want to return. Which is sad because itâs been a family vacation tradition the last several years.

Red and yellow knight rocks. Cheering for your table knight along with 100+ fellow dinners while watching the expert horsemanship and jousting with medieval hand to hand combat is a fantastic evening.
Well done for an excellent Knight!

Went to this show over a decade ago and remembered it fondly. However, seeing the horses whipped with a crop for moving too slow and being forced to jump and perform was very uncomfortable. The horses appeared afraid of the whips and cowered from. Food was mediocre at best and my eclair was soggy.

Been here a few times and both times it was awesome. It's fun. The crowd is loud and fun, the workers play their parts with good service, and you feel like you're in the time period. It's a great time for adults and kids alike! Highly recommend.
