Food was surprisingly good. Exceeded expectations! Entertainment was fun although better sound system would help. Service was good and not a problem. Just get your adult beverages before you are seated if you want your drink before dinner.

The show is a little drawn out and got boring... thanks for the experience. The food was really good, and the drinks were meh even with a double shot..

Do not pay upgrade for birthdays. The cake is horrible. The chicken has no flavor.

Truly a great place to take family for some great excitement..Food very good..Cocktails over the top in pricing. But so is everything else. It's called inflation of product

Awesome experience.... With the basic ticket is enough but if you would like to take some extra money for souvenirs and photos they are not that bad, the cheapest souvenir is $10, the cheapest drink is $8 you can take the cup ( piña colada) , photo is $20.... Overall AMAZING

We were seated completely on our own, away from everyone else and out of the experience totally. We felt disengaged from the show as isolated when this could easily have been avoided. Never been treated this way before simply because we had a wheelchair user in our party. Absolutely disgracefulDietary restrictions: One gluten free option available ... FruitWheelchair accessibility: Accessibility into theatre frontage is good with good parking. Accessibility in theatre proper is rubbish and you are neglected and treated disrespectfully

This dinner shows provides the feel of being in medieval times without the danger. The show was amazing. Eating with our hands was definitely a treat for the kids.

If you can, check to see if there's field trips going on, as a middle school trip nearly ruined our experience.Otherwise, food is good (though you're definitely paying more for the experience than the food.)The audio needs mixing as the music often drowns out the performers voices, so you're almost just watching instead of understanding what's going on.The choreography needs to be practiced a bit faster in my opinion, as it becomes a bit less believable. The gift shop is about what you'd expect of such a place and about the same price you'd expect too.I don't drink but the drinks sounded rather expensive from the people that sat next to us.The atmosphere is great the moment you arrive at the castle, the only thing that ever ruins it is in stadium sellers carrying loads of toys that light up like crazy, in a darkly lit area. And in medieval theming.Vegetarian options: All food is the same, except for the vegetarian substitutes you'll have to ask for.Parking: A LOT of handicap parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Definitely designed more for kids than just adults. Great experience to have, recommend dressing up if you have the outfits and courage.Wheelchair accessibility: The stadium is an oval, at one head is the Queen's booth, and the other is the handicap booths. I'm not sure how to get to it per se, but there were a lot of people utilizing said space, so they can accommodate.
