This place could do so much better, and could be so much cleaner! They need to find a better way to handle the influx of customers! Perhaps add more cashiers! And have someone cleaning around the clock!

Today for the first time I came to try their food since my husband is Puerto Rican and the truth is that they talked to me so much about the sweetbreads that the truth is that they came out so bad, they had an unpleasant taste, that's when they don't wash them well and the empanadas, needless to say, had It looked ugly, it only had a few shreds of flavourless chicken and the other shreds of meat, not to say bad, I saw the rice and it was very wet, the truth is I won't go back to eat it, I didn't like it for the first visit and the last one I ate better food in another place I drove from Clearwater to eat and what a disappointment my husband Puerto Rican didn't like it

I recently visited Melao Bakery in Kissimmee with high expectations, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. During my visit, I observed unprofessional and inappropriate behavior from the kitchen staff, which was both shocking and disappointing.

While I was seated facing the kitchen, I overheard the cooks speaking in a manner that was extremely disrespectful. One of them said, “Mande este animal para la parte atrás y mira lo que trae el cabrón, que carajo es esto.” The cookers were an older man, a bald-headed individual, and another staff member wearing a backward cap. Such language is not only unprofessional but also completely inappropriate for a work environment, especially in front of customers.

As a patron, I expect respect, professionalism, and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, this incident overshadowed what could have been an enjoyable visit. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better training and oversight of the staff to maintain a professional environment.

Thank you for considering this feedback. I hope this can help improve future customer experiences.

Very, very bad service, the bathrooms are super disgusting, the stench comes out to the outside. I complained to the cashier and she didn't pay any attention to me, the employees have a very bad attitude, it's horrible, I won't be coming back...

The food was very delicious and the price was not bad at all. The service of the cashiers in the food area was not very eager to work but the rest was fine.

The food is not bad, portions use to be good but now they are to small for the prices paid.
It is seem on the patrons which mist of them have notice it. Less atrons are coming back.
Last time I order rice with chicken they gave one piece as it could full fill someone. Two weeks ago order rice with meat balls, they served four small meatballs.
Sorry but you keep loosing customers and is just because of how stingy are the servings.

The coffee is no longer the same, it is not as good and the food on display had been there for hours, dry and bad looking. Five years ago it was great.
