Place is beyond dirty pls OP take care of this we love the ice cream but omg so disgusting

Their ice cream is simply exquisite. They have many varieties, and above all, they use very fresh, high-quality ingredients. They also have great customer service and a very respectful manner of speaking. The place is very organized and pleasant. 100% recommendend

Isn't the best ice cream ever but is really good

The store is very clean and organized. Great variety of flavors, my favorites being the most sour ones. The toppings area is quite wide. The service is great and the staff is very friendly with customers. Every time I go to Menchie's I end up happy with the experience.

The young adults who work at this location don't have customer service skills. I walked in and 2 of the 3 were having a personal conversation and never acknowledged me as the customer. I fixed my 2 cups of frozen yogurt and headed to the toppings bar. As I was moving down adding my toppings, the 3rd employee walked into my path and did not say excuse me or anything at all. This isn't my 1st time having this issue lack of customer service at this location.

Rotten fruit manager won’t replace order pretends to not speak English

María José was very attentive and very nice! Very clean atmosphere, she was cleaning as I was going into the store all in all great experience while getting my frozen yogurt!

The floor is extremely sticky. I know there’s frozen yogurt, but can you mop the floor?? It’s pretty gross that my shoes are sticky now.

Staff was friendly, but not engaged.

It's the second time I've gone and the place is still just as horrible. I went on Sunday the 7th and the floor was disgusting, the tables were dirty and the trash cans were overflowing with garbage. Also the candy and fruit table was a disaster. There were 4 employees behind the cash register doing nothing and playing with their phones. I give it a -0!

This Menchies is busy, but if I were the manager on duty, I would lift the quality of CLEANING, items replacements, and CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I love this place to buy quick ice cream but cautious on fruits, nuts, and toppings qualities. Don't expect services out of the employees as they don't greet you, nor they clean the floors or tables for next customer, customer service levels here is very poor as they don't they care if you are in the store as far as customer services. They don't even acknowledge when you are going to pay - unfortunately, the new generation is zero on customer service levels.

Let's talk about fruits and toppings. Be careful when picking up the fruits as some new fruits go on top of the old fruit, and the fruit left over at the bottom  is not as fresh and tastes rotten or sour. Also, the strawberries 🍓 are not as fresh and are marinated cooked looks. The pumps are all broken, and you also see that they simply replace above the leftover of the pther, as the pump is very hard to pull the marshmellow, or Nutella, or Peanut Butter topping.

The nuts, too, they've place the new on top of the old ones, and I have picked up almost that taste oily. You can see the topping areas were never fully cleaned.

I had 1 or 2 experiences like I described before where the nuts tasted oily and old, and the fruits were rotten sour flavors, as I took the fruis at the bottom of the bowl

However, it is not bad, but a little careless as far as delivery freshness and quality of toppings.

Delicious as always!! I went this friday and it was a good experience, the staff girl Grecia was so friendly!! We will come back
