5:51pm Thursday September 19 2024 (Destiny L.) exactly, a terrible atmosphere, serious faces as if they were paid $1 per hour, the cashier didn't even have a good afternoon, a girl making the sandwiches with an incredibly angry face.
Only the car service people smiled. (merit to whom merit is due.

Where was the management? No idea ?

Restaurant empty, 4 orders, 2 meso kids, 2 all pro, 1 of them EXTRA toasted pastrasmi.. NO extra P. And no toast we had to send them and they did it in a bad way.
To the cashier Destiny L. We had to ask for everything from ketchup, napkins, mayo ketchup, and for cherry on top she did NOT give us the pastry.

I call I call I call I call the store and NO ONE answers it... what a bad service that btw FELIPE and his family do NOT deserve this very bad service.

I worked for 7 years in the school store which was the busiest of all and I NEVER dared serve a sandwich with such bad service.

The quality of the shirt in general is very good but they are very poor when it comes to customer service, they are practically delayed with the restaurant empty. I had a wait of more than 15 minutes for a pickup order that was ready and no one had taken the trouble to deliver it to me and as an example of how inefficient when I asked to speak for the manager, he did not choose an attitude of little education and courtesy to limit himself to respond with a cheap excuse. This experience is very unfortunate and I hope it is not repeated.

Unfortunately the service is very bad. Last Wednesday 04/09/2024 I ordered through the drive thru and they gave me the wrong order, a wrong order. I was on my lunch break and when I got to work I called the store about 4 times because they didn't answer the phone and on the last attempt they managed to answer and when I spoke to the manager in charge he apologized and told me to come by the store because he I was going to leave a note with what happened. I just went through the drive thru and waited about 15 minutes in line and the manager in charge Jonathan told me that there was no notification that he couldn't do anything. This is not the first time something has happened to me at this location. About 3 months ago I ordered online to pick up at a specific time and
When I picked up my order, it was cold and old in the pickup area. Definitely, the Administrative Meson should be more attentive to its employees, because if it has happened to me, I am 100% sure that it has happened to more people.

Food is always fresh…… although i order the wrong item,bringing it to the counter was a pleasure. I was treated with care and professionalism. Recommend this place!
