Meson Sandwiches (Osceola Parkway)

Today at 6:50 am went true drive window , milk on coffee taste like it was getting spoiled, ham and cheese on egg sandwich taste like it was left in the fridge and had that aftertaste of freezer , order my sandwich on whole wheat and got white bread , overall the quality that was there is no longer , sandwiches have been of poor quality, and it’s been decaying every time I eat, this is the Kissimmee store went there 10 /14/2025 at 6:50 am

The service is good and the food is also good, with fresh ingredients and nice flavor. However, the wait time is quite long, and the sandwiches aren’t toasted properly—they come out a bit soft and lukewarm. It’s a place with potential, but they should improve those details to make the experience much better.

This will be the last time I order from this location. The service was terrible, the food quality was poor, and it was a complete waste of time and money. I placed my order at 10:00 am, but it wasn’t delivered until 11:55 am. The driver was made to wait over an hour for my order, which only consisted of 2 corn meals, 1 sandwich, and 1 drink.

The corn meal, which is usually a favorite, was so watered down it looked like soup and was extremely sweet—completely inedible (I even offered it to a coworker who also couldn’t eat it). The sandwich was mostly bread and definitely not worth the price.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I’ve had issues with this location—delays, mistakes, or missing items in the order are far too common. It’s disappointing because I like to purchase breakfast for my clinic staff, but after repeated bad experiences, I will no longer be coming back.

They have a really great chai and I’m a big fan of their Mallorca bread— however they are incredibly slow.
It doesn’t help that they are very busy but you can spend twenty minutes in the drive thru if it’s wrapped out in front of the mattress store.

Parking is not great either.

They’re just too popular for the plaza space.

IF I COULD DO ZERO STARS I WOULD. As a human being I was treated horrible. I do not speak Spanish and tried to order food, the MANAGER is the one who got frustrated with that and had another employee take my order in English. No problem at all their, the problem was when I pulled up to the windows and asked for hot sauce, she completely ignored me and I asked again. Then she had yet another employee who this time spoke no English ask what I needed. Asked again and was given relish, like cmon. If you want to have an attitude as a fast food employee, either humble yourself or level up your life. Dont take it out on the customers going about their day.
