The worst service is a 15 minute line for car service at 7:20am so when they serve you you order a child's sandwich and my son eats lettuce and tomato and you always don't add anything, extra is ordered and the cashier with the worst attitude answers questions because and he responds with more attitude and it's not what you say, it's how you say it, what a shame.

My irden was patatas bravas with bacon. They sold me the potatoes and charged me for the bacon. However, I received something similar to leftover bacon from the morning for bacon ?! Upon asking politely, the employee brought in the supervisor and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said, "well, that's what happens here." Not even the slightest gesture of concern for asking how I could improve it...

They don't gave me enough tissue and when I ask for more the girl game only 2 also the bread was horrible I paid for toast it was like bubble gum, so bad, it wasn't the first time that happened, I don't think I came back

Really enjoyed the cuban sandwich. The bread was different from what I traditionally am used to. It was still good, just a little different. This location was clean, and the service was good.
This is one of the worst Meson’s in this area. Manger’s have an attitude and it’s very disorganized. The team is lost quite often and does lots of mistakes with your order. Sometimes they don’t even understand you. Simple things like Coke vs. Diet Coke….. terrible. Lake Nona location is more organized and nicer people.

Best breakfast and lunch sandwiches in the area. Hands down. I was there when the Florida Mall location opened and been a fan ever since. You won’t find this quality and service at this price anywhere.
