Been here a handful of times now, and it is pretty consistent.
They excel at fried foods. The fried fish is decent, but usually pretty greasy. The fried chicken and waffles are good. I like the strawberry whipped butter. Lastly, their french fries are really good. Very crispy and have a good size to them.
I always go with my elderly mother. She likes their club sandwich. She gets two meals out of it easy.
Their meatloaf is pretty mid.
The restaurant itself is cozy and fairly clean. I've sat outside once and it was nice. The only complaint I have is their air conditioning is pretty lack luster. I always bring a sweater to restaurants but never need one here. My guess is that the open kitchen pushes a lot of heat to the dining area.
No real complaints, but no real praises. It's decent enough.

The wait time was long, 35 minutes, but when we entered the diner we noticed that it was small. The hostess was friendly and inviting. Our waitress Cierra was amazing! She was attentive, friendly and provited exceptional service. The fried chichen was delicious, but the mash potatoes were a bit dry and the greenbeans were hard.

Went to the hunters creek store. The eggs were seriously sooooooo good. Pumpkin bread pudding was also amazing. Colin the manager was so kind and came to my table to make sure everything was good. Found out he was from Ireland so we bonded over that as I’m Irish too.
