This is my go to place when I want to business meetings food is great, personal is awesome and el ambiente acojedor. Today I went in and needed some chicken soup for my sick child ellos no hacen de pollo los fines de semana pero, me bregaron y mi hija me dijo: Mami estás son las mejores sopas que me he comido en toda mi vida., I don’t just want them when I’m sick lol. She really did like them a lot!!! Thanks for going above and beyond.

I went here for Salsa night on a Sunday, this is a great spot to hear salsa and get to dance. Very friendly atmosphere, I grew up in NY so it had an old school salsa feel which was right up my alley. They have live bands on Sunday night and the band was great

Food is good, service is OK. The AC seems to not be working all the time. It’s always stuffy in the restaurant. The servers are nice but very inattentive to tables and aren’t motivated at all because included gratuity is present at this restaurant, so I didn’t leave additional tip because of the low service; however, the restaurant takes a big cut from that included gratuity, causing the bad unmotivated service. Moreover, they nickle and dime for everything. They charge for water unless you specify not bottled, and when you do specify they give you tap water. And they charge for sauces so God forbid you want sauces for the fried foods they serve. I have had to bring my own water to avoid being charged, and now they charge for $3 for a sauce. What is supposed to be a $10 lunch, based off their $8.95 lunch special, will turn into a $17 lunch over some water and sauce. Overall, the place and whoever owns it gives money grab vibes to the customer now and even to their own employees taking their tips through the included gratuity; the nickle and diming is what makes me not want to come back anymore. Make sure you bring your own utensils because it would not be surprising that it would be next.

We ordered the sampler de carne, it was overall good but we had to add salt and the Yuka fries were slightly hard for my liking. I loved the parcha juice and guanábana juice so good! Our waitress was nice but we did have to call for her a couple times.

It is not bad, but definitely not worth a special trip. Went Saturday for the first time to celebrate my mother's birthday and it was shockingly empty, I found it odd because we PR like to eat and enjoy music; I figured maybe later towards 9:30 it will fill up (it didn't, but I was ok with that). Quickly I realized why, the staff wasn't rude but everytime we asked a question or needed something we almost didn't want to ask because it felt like we were bothering her, very quick to walk away before asking if anything else was needed not being proactive with this such as bringing an extra plate since I have 2 toddlers. I ordered 1 plate of rice/beans/grilled chicken for both of them to split, it would have been nice to have an extra olaye and utensils without having to ask and not once I was asked what my children were going to drink. The chicken was completely over coocked, my little tonka boy who eats rocks didn't even want to eat it. I ordered churrasco medium, it came extra well done (I was too hungry to give it back). We were supposed to meet extra people there but once we told them where we were going most cancelled, I figured out why.... and on too of that when another person asked for the check and we found out the tip is automatically included, that explained why the lack of feeling we were being served since they get their cut no matter what. Inside there was Bachata all night long instead of more traditional music, outside with the DJ was more traditional salsa and merengue and he was nice and involved the crowd (us and another couple). Overall, definitely not a place for me and specially for the amount of money paid.

We ordered steak and you had two accessories to choose from and when I looked at my receipt they charged me $3.00 for the tostones ?*Be very careful when paying because after we tipped you they included the 18% tip without telling us anything* ???con a total of $25.92 in tip alone. It's disrespectful ????Last time I'm in this place.

I bought a steak with mofongo and I paid almost $40 because they included the 18% tip and the food was to take away something else. The steak was so chewy that I couldn't even eat it and the steak was a small piece and the steak alone cost me $26.99. It didn't have any flavor so I don't even recommend this restaurant.
