We took it to go. No one greeted us upon entering. We went on Friday the 25th, the lady needs to be trained in good customer service, she was so rude. Also ranch should come with wings at no extra fee.

The chicken parm is made with chicken tenders. Not breaded chicken breast. How it should be. The pizza is good, and the mozzarella sticks aren’t really that good. The quality of the mozzarella sticks lacks. We waited way more than 15 mins for 2 slices, and a chicken “tender”parm, and they burnt our first chicken “tender”parm, so they had to make another one. (40 mins in total) Some woman sitting down behind the counter, was talking to the pizza maker the entire time that we were there. Nothing but bochinche. The lady sitting down in the back did nothing but talk to the working employees. VERY Unprofessional. Work is work. Instead of paying attention to my chicken parm, so that it didn’t burn, they spent their time talking to the person sitting down in the back.
Aside from this, I asked if there was marinara on the chicken parm. It looked like it did not have any on it from where I was sitting. The lady that makes the pizzas said, that there was marinara on it, and it was nothing but a drizzle under the chicken tenders, on the sub. I asked for the chicken parm to go because we were there long enough, and had things to do. This place sucks. Only the pizza is good. I’ll only be going here for pizza.

Today I called the store to make an order and Barbara attended me and on the phone she was giving me attitude, and when I arrived to pick up the order I let her know that that was no way to talk to a costumer. she the proceeds to tell me that im wronf forntelling her that because i know nothing about customer service and that i dont deal with the type of customers with she gets on a daily and it was unprofessionalof her to be loud and aggressive. The man who was working with her husband ended up backing her up ,basically allowing the behavior she was displaying and letting me know shehads all the right treat me the way she did . Eventuall, i left seeing that there were more customers in the store and avoided any further issues with the employee. I had to turn around to pick up my receipt because they didn’t give it to me and she came out of the back crying and arguing with me screaming in the store loud enough for the whole block to hear outside. my employees asked me if everything was okay because of how aggressive and unprofessional she was screaming at me. Its a shame my family and I have been buying here for many years since 2012, and they never treated us that way until today. Unfortunately, this will be the last time we buy from this establishment. !!!
It was really good pizza, definitely better then alot of other pizzerias around. To us it ranks right up there in the top with Al's in downtown kissimmee and Lou's over in BVL, oh and the wings were definitely the best we have had from any of the pizzerias around here. Definitely will be going here more often.

Horrible service the little Amanda woman horrible customer service and the little girl in the front my autistic daughter drop 2 slices by mistake and she gave me a attitude when I ask her nice if they can remake it ……… and saying I’m giving it to u but it’s not my fault u drop it when it was literally an accident and we got the 2 x large ones so it was more then 40 dollars and to give attitude over 2 slices drop it’s ridiculous
