This was the slowest pizza experience of my life. They were out of a lot of toppings. They only had two employees. Incredibly disappointing experience.

MOD is always a great choice. We have tried this location multiple times but today was different. We had the nicest person we have had during our visits there. We have had visits where the service was .... (not bad) but not good. Kyle I think was the name of the person that helped us and he was very attentive

Walked in and the lady working the front counter walked to the back as i was about to order and kept me waiting while she ate with another employee. I just left and wont come back.

Six of us eating, all wanting different flavors of pizza. This was the perfect place. The service was wonderful, very patient with our party. The pizzas and salad were quite tasty. The store was very clean.

Delicious pizza and very friendly staff. However, the wait time is long especially when it's busy. There should be at least 2-3 employees on the line doing the pizza orders. Overall this is a great place when I come to Kissimmee area

The gentleman working the oven was very polite and the pizzas were cooked well. The lady that took our order was extremely rude. Didn’t seem to want to be working and completely ignored my little 4yr old. I had to tell him to finally stop saying hi to her after IGNORING him over 10times! I’m not sure if it’s cause we were Hispanic or what her issue was. She completely ignored him over and over again like he didn’t even exist. You DO NOT treat a child that way! If you don’t like your customer service job then find another one! If you have an issue with non white people then figure it out!
