My new favorite pizza place. Staff was very friendly. This is my third time here. I brought my brother and he loved it too. Wasn’t busy at all mid day. The owner is really cool and loved how we represented Pittsburgh Steelers. Pizza is made to order, and you can get pre named ones or create your own.

So bad costumer service. I ordered online and the girl kept asking me for my name of the order. The app got the name wrong and did not help me at all.The people in here and rude and they don’t help at all. Also after they’d figured out my order they literally started making it when it should it be done already due I order away longer ago. The girl with black glasses and green shirt very bad in help and the red hair lady kept looking me bad. So disappointed of this location which is next to my house but I would never come back.

I’ve been to MODs previously it wasn’t my first time. I’ve been to both locations in Orlando and a few locations in Houston. I ordered online and walked up to see if my order was ready to then rudely be told by an employee “don’t you see that there is a line and that we are busy”.Now I understand that they were a little busy however there IS A WAY TO DELIVER A MESSAGE TO CUSTOMER WITHOUT BEING DISRESPECTFUL. Due to this employees attitude I no longer felt comfortable accepting my order and wanted a refund. When I told the employee this she then told me my food is in the oven with the same energy she had when I first approached her. I decided to let it go and accept my order. I requested sauce on the side in which she disregarded the note on my order. When i told her she said she didn’t see it.I still enjoy getting MODs however i think this should be addressed as no customer deserves to be talked down to when they are just trying to get their food.

This was my first and last time at MOD Pizza. This is the worst system I have ever seen in a restaurant.30 minutes after ordering my pizza still wasn’t in the oven. Don’t come here if you are looking for fast service.
