Was really looking forward to a burrito and that delicious queso from Moe's. Was disappointed when I walked into this location and all three staff members working behind the counter preparing food did not have on MASKS. Thought to myself, okay maybe it's not policy here to have on masks, every establishment has different rules. Then spotted a sign that listed steps Moe's was taking for sanitation and safety which listed "All employees will wear masks". I was not comfortable ordering food prepared by staff not wearing masks and standing so close to each other. I left and visited the Lake Nona Moe's which was a world of difference with all staff members wearing masks and observing social distance guidelines.

I seriously have not wanted to not like this Moe's. The service is normally not great, unfriendly.. when you enter Moe's you wait to hear that "welcome to Moe's" and believe it or not the last 3 times that I was in there no one could care less or say anything. I used to go to Moe's every Monday and almost every weekend. Unfortunately it's time to find a new place. Just visited the other day and had an issue with something in my food. The only thing the attendant behind the counter could say was well that was old stuff and something must have fell in it, if you want a wait like 10 minutes will make fresh stuff. Wow...

Generally love Moe's, however this chain is nasty. The doors, bathrooms, floors, overall nasty. Really needs a pressure washing! Hard to believe health dept hasn't noticed ?

Huge disappointment!!! My wife and I have dined at Moe's throughout the US, and this location is certainly not up to the standards of what we have come to expect. The two staff members did not seem to be very interested in working and had no hesitation in showing it. The food was assembled poorly with little to no thought as to the fact they were making an item that was intended to be eaten. There were a total of two couples ordering and they clearly seemed to be overwhelmed. The time of day was not the peak of a meal rush, yet the two ice dispensers were both empty so we had to ask for ice. The tables throughout were poorly cleaned and had the smell of being wiped with a dirty cloth. At one point I went to the restroom and found the back delivery door open so that any little critters that wanted to enter could easily do so. The final observation was in the kitchen area itself. The door to the rear of the kitchen was open and upon glancing in, I saw a floor that was filthy and disgusting. I could not see much else, but I can only imagine the rest. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else to eat. It would be nice to think that management would see this review and make some changes, but even if they did, we would never know, since our first trip here was the last.

Moe's food is absolutely delicious no matter what you order and the employees always give you their friendliest smile and a warm greeting. I love going there for great food and being made to feel like one of the family. Moe's is one of my most favorite places. As a matter of fact I am going there today!

I do DoorDash and picked up an order here. Service was friendly and quick. Poor guy was working by himself though, I felt bad for him. He seemed a bit "in the weeds".

4.5* Easy, inexpensive, tasty and filling. That checks several of my boxes! My sisters from Texas were visiting and requested a trip to Moe's. Seems their local Moe's locations had all closed. We surmised there is too much Tex Mex competition there or perhaps Moe's decided to focus on the East Coast. No telling. Mike and I had never been before but I'm sold and plan to return. I got a Bowl with Cilantro Rice, Pinto Beans, Chicken, Mushrooms, guac, lettuce, pico, cheese. The shredded lettuce was a little wilty and I almost didnt get it. Mike's taco meat filling looked pretty greasy tome so I was hlad I got chicken. It was nicely grilled and tasty. My fave add-in had to be the griiled mushrooms. Yum! We also enjoyed the white queso and the salsa bar. We'll be back!

I meet with friends this lovely spot quite often! This is the best place to dine. I go there routinely. The cooking is just great, the team is polite and the charge is decent. I like being in this spot to have a tasty dinner.

Moe's will never be confused with fine dining. But for what they have they are damn fine. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is consistent. It's hard to beat a quick meal at Moe's.
