Hotdogs were so dry and hard to chew. Bun was stale. Horrible and not worth the money I spent there.

Do not recommend. Ordered at the kiosk to go. Food took 13 minutes (there was a timer on the screen) but they did apologize. Got on the road and missing Manhattan cheeseburger and the regular fries had cheddar and bacon on them. Very disappointed. Did not drive back since traffic is crazy.

I love Nathans hot dogs, so when I saw this restaurant in Orlando "Old Town" I knew I had to have lunch there. So many options, their burgers looked tasty and the pictures their store, just makes you want to order everything on the menu. BUT, who would order a burger in a hot dog place, my son did, but he devoured his burger before I could take a picture, but he did say it was good. I ordered a chili dog with sauerkraut, and chili cheese fries. Man, it was good, I enjoyed every bite. You can either order via their cashiers or the 2 kiosks they have in the store. There is parking all around, but parking can be a bit difficult since the location seems to be popular due to the Amusement Park featuring old-time carnivals rides, shopping, and dining in that area. I wont lie, Old town is ok, but if I went back, it would be to eat at Nathans.

This location of Nathan's is located in the Old Town strip. It's a small place with about 5 tables inside and 2 outside. There are lots of places to eat in the area, all offer indoor and outdoor seating. We each had a hot dog, I had a chili cheese dog and my dad and daughter both had a sauerkraut dog w/ onions and a side of fries. The hot dogs are smaller and skinnier than I remember, but they hit the spot. The crinkle fries were hot and pretty good. The service was decent. The young lady at the register was kind and greeted us when we walked in.

$40 to feed two adults and a toddler. The chicken tenders are disgusting, took one bite and had enough, $14 down the drain. As others have mentioned, employees will sit there on their phone while you stand trying to get their attention. God knows who’s cooking your food.

I usually don't write reviews but this time I thought I should to prevent a family from having a horrible night we are having. We are a family of 5 on vacation from DC who went to this location at 8:30pm last night and it's 4:38am as I write this review. when we were driving back from the place after 20-30 minutes walk my 4 year old said she felt like throwing up and we opened the window and as we prepare to stop she said it's okay now she doesn't have to but as soon as she said that I felt the same too but I thought it was just the mention of it that made me feel like that. However I felt uncomfortable threw out the night and it finally made me run to the bathroom and threw up. Then at 4:30 I heard my four year old throw up on the bed. We had 4 orders and thought the 4 and 2 year old would share fried chicken strips but the 2 year old refused to eat the chicken and just ate the fries. since there was left over I ate about half a strip so I am guessing it's the chicken strip that messed us up although I had also shared some of the hot dog that was on my burger with my 4 and 7 year old but 7 year old hasn't complained or throw up yet. so people please stay away from this place, I just hope & pray it doesn't mess up the rest of our vacation.

This was my first time here after roaming around all the little shops. I was highly disappointed. The service was awful, the employees weren't friendly, always on their phone. They look like they absolutely hated their job and could care less if they paid attention to anything they did. I didn't see a food service rating sign for cleanlyness, and that is something I don't usually look for. However, this place sort of gave me a strange vibe. Though I was nonchalant trying to find the sign, i couldn't find it. The boy working, put a dirty lid on my cup of lemonade he just fixed me. I know because it had sticky soda residue on it... gross. That put me off to wanting to eat there, but I wanted to give it a chance. The hotdog wasn't fresh, overcooked, super dry bun, the sauerkraut was super super sour, and the fries were wayyyyy too salty. I LOVE SALT, but this was overkill. I will not be back. It's not worth the money at all.
The sign at the door says 10:30pm as closing time. We got inside 09:45pm and half of the place was blocked already. They gave us takeout bag even when we said we were dining in. As soon as we left (10pm), they closed the other half of place what was very disrespectful. People were seeing the sign and seemed confused since the crew was already cleaning tables and floor. Unbelievable...

This was a rip off. $18.00 for chicken straps and when I realized it was supposed to come with a drink they made me pay for a drink separately anyways!! I would not recommend this place!!!

First time trying out this restaurant. I made my order thru the machine they have by the counter. Once it was ready I picked up my order. The dining room was closed due that they were mopping the floors. So we ate outside. The burgers and the fries were delicious. I will definitely eat here again.
