Had a huge feast delivered to our resort. Didn't get our sausage and garlic toast with the feast, so about 20% of the items. When I called in to advise they had closed for the night and didn't open back up until Wednesday (it was Sunday). The lady apologized and offered me a $4.28 credit on a $180 bill when 20% of our meal was missing! The food was great that we got.....it's just to bad a very poor attempt to fix the issue had to lead to such a poor experience!

The flavor was good. However, everything was swimming in margarine. After I got my food, I adjusted my table only to notice the sides were filthy. They only wipe the tops of the tables. On EVERY table, the sides were sticky and BLACK with layers and layers of food and grease and fingerprints. It was disgusting! The server did not express any sense of responsibility for the uncleanliness of the restaurant. She told me to post a review and hopefully the owner will see it and do something about it. So gross!

Ordered to go, but it's a nice little spot. Ordered two boils, #1 and #2; delicious. The lobster was done well and the sauce was amazingly creamy.

I cannot put into words how happy I am for having eaten here today.The crab was absolutely delicious, as was the shrimp, crawfish, the veggies, everything.Bonus points for the lobster being cooked WELL, and not turning out a rubbery disappointment.The portions are HUGE. Well worth the prices.I will be eating here again, make no mistake.
Favorite seafood spot. Reasonable price, good amount of crab legs, flavorful, and not overwhelming. It's a chill spot, great service. After eating here don't really care to eat crab legs anywhere else.

Okay to start off I thought this was a new business, but they have been open for three years. I usually take a few days before I write a review because I want to make sure my feelings remain the same. I am also one to always give the benefit of the doubt to all situations. I am of the opinion that if I am dining in and paying for a 25-$30.00 meal I would like to use silverware, not a plastic fork knife napkin packet. Also the water in this area is not the best for faucet drinking. So when we ordered water with lemon I didn't expect the tap water I was given. We then ordered can pops to be safe. Although we ordered crab legs we were not given crab crackers and when we asked for two pair. The waitress disappeared for a while and came back saying they only had one pair, that was a little odd to me. I thought maybe that's how they know who steals the cracker by only offering one at a time. So anyway let's talk about the food. The presentation was beautiful, but all the food was drenched in this salty buttery oily sauce it was much too much for me. Then after it started to get cold it made the food hard to palate. After we got home it felt very necessary to continuously drink water due to our salt intake from the food. I didn't take any leftovers home. I didn't want the experience again. Oh yeah I feel it fair to mention the corn on the cob was over cooked as if it had been sitting in the water for a while. The kernels was swollen with unflavorful water. The water we did order came in handy to dip our hands in to wash them since we were not provided with wipes to clean our hands. I don't like to continuously ask for things that should be expected with the meal. The waitress was nice.

When every other place has waits and they don't have a single customer, that was a red flag for me. When we were waiting on our drinks, fruit flies kept landing on the table and on us. We didn't stay to try the food, so it may be delicious. But the place need a thorough deep clean before reopening their doors.
