Great NY Style Pizza. Large variety and friendly staff

Pizza is great!!! It’s sad that the front young lady doesn’t know anything about customer service. Been there three times and all of them she has been arguing with a customer and confronting them. Or just giving you no reason to feel comfortable to order there. Just put her on the back, pizza is great I’ll say again. No one that you cant speak to management. My review was a 1 star, but I have to respect the fact that pizza is best I had in Orlando.

I went there on Aug 29 at 3:45pm and order two shrimp parmigiana on a hero with one order with fries and drink to go. When the girl took my order she went to the back to give my order to the cooke when I heard him say that why would you take that order when is not in the menu..He also said that he doesn’t know how to make it . Well he should’ve gone with his instincts because it was terrible. All he did was throw sauce and cheese on raw shrimp. Also they forgot to put fries on one of the orders. It’s now 5:00pm I try calling the stores with no luck. They don’t answer there phone . Coming from New York , I wouldn’t even advertise New York pizza in your establishment if I was you. You need a lot of improvements. I will start by showing your cook how to make a shrimp parmigiana.

The pizza was good but lately they been not so good with my orders I always tell them extra everything like cheese and they haven't done them the way I like it

Ordered 4 dinner plates. 1 is completely missing, the lasagna...And one is missing the chicken, the chicken Alfredo.Seriously!!! ????Never coming back here

Not once but twice the customer service was horrible and to be honest and I will give dates the 24th around 5pm or 6 pm I went ordered a pizza waited outside and told the guy that's my car my husband is at melaos you see my car my husband will come and pay he said ok I'm rigth in front of the store, so my husband come and ask for my pizza, they where high as a kite the 2 guys acted like he was crazy I go inside it took me like 3 min so the guy could understand and just like that lost. Business I just left everything.another thing every time you call they never pick up you would think they are so busy but no they are just chilling that happened today I go in the store and the girl is just sitting pretty I don't wanna hate the Pizza is good is just the people they hire who would mess up their business

Just found this place on Google and went to check it out because of the high ratings and didn't disappoint. 2 slice and a drink deal is great. Best pizza in the local area.
