My family and I have eaten here consistently for over 10 years. The food quality has always been great and yummy. It’s our guilty pleasure to have their sisig, which we think is the best out of any we’ve tried even in the Philippines. Definitely worth stopping by here!
Coming from central ny. To come to an establishment like Nipa was a very awesome experienc. Brought my whole family. We enjoyed hot fresh food from the pork skewers, lumpia, chicken/pork adobo, dinuguan and embutido. Everything is masarap. Salamat po. Mabuhay.
We’re used to eating Asian food with lots of spices, so we had almost forgotten there’s another palate with more subtle flavors. This restaurant is all about that. It was our first time here, and we were truly amazed experiencing this “lost palate.”
They use coconut cream to bring out the flavors in many of their dishes, and it works beautifully. Both the jackfruit and pork curry were incredibly flavorful. We’re planning to go back again to try more.
