I used to come here often and the customer service was great but last weekend I was greeted by a very rude girl at the counter. She kept on rolling her eyes and giving a lot of attitude anytime I asked the question. It seems like she didn't want to work that day but she took it out on customers.

I took my stepdaughter here because she's really into Asian Culture and wanted to try this place. I wasn't impressed at all. I've been to better establishments. This place was too pricey for the amount of food that they give you. It has a nice environment with nice people.. but the service was layed back. It's definitely not a bad place or a bad experience. It's just didn't stand out to me. Overall ok 👍

I got the Parmesan chicken, broccoli and added shrimp to my noodle bowl. The breaded chicken was nice and crispy and only slightly salty. The shrimp was naked (zero seasoning) and the noodles were kinda sticky (& maybe better with a little bit more sauce or something) but next time I will cut the chicken into smaller pieces and shake the bowl so it can mix better with the seasoned chicken and offer a more flavorful noodle bowl 🍜 *Sorry so long 😆

It's kind of like fast food with a chill vibe, but it's not fast food because they have to prepare the noodles for each individual meal. So our meal took about 9 minutes for four plates to cook and prepare. Everything was delicious and I have leftovers. So good!
They gave me undercooked shrimps and watery sauce that gave me food poisoning for 36 hours.

I had an incredible experience at Noodles Restaurant! The staff was amazing, and the food was equally impressive. A special shoutout to Justin, Justin’s customer service is truly top-tier. Food - 1 star because I had a whole jaw exercise routine to eat my steak and my wife’s chicken parm was inedible. You can get better tasting tomato sauce from the dollar store.
Service - 1 star because the girl at the register doesn’t even speak. She had no idea was on any of the meals and would give you a complete blank stare.
Atmosphere- 1 star because the playlist was practically karaoke hits.
Overall bad experience and wish I would’ve just cooked at home instead.
