Fabulous food and service. Both servers have worked there for 20+ years and worked together in impeccable unison! We were well taken care of!

The restaurant wouldn't allow us to add two chairs despite repeated attempts. We were told they were sold out. There were plenty of open tables throughout the evening in our area. Would've been fine to add. Our table could've easily and comfortably fit the chairs. Also, it took 45 minutes after we were finished before getting our check.

We came for our anniversary dinner and we were happy with our service, food and ambiance. We had the shrimp cocktail and Maine lobster bisque, both delicious. The shrimp was cold and crisp with real raw horseradish. For our entrees, we did the 8oz filet, lamp chops with potato au gratin as the side. The meat was great quality and the lamp chops were the best I've had. Thank you!

I thought it was great until some in our group said their steak was not cooked as requested. They only said to me next day...great place just check your meat to make sure it's cooked the way you order it!

This was one of the best steaks I have ever had! The service was impeccable and the restaurant is beautiful! It's pricy but definitely worth it!

This was a great experience during our stay at Gaylord Palms. Food was excellent great service. Most of all was the ambience of the restaurant to the surrounding area within the hotel very beautiful sneery. My wife and kids loved it. We had David as our server and he made it a wonderful experience for my wife and I and also the kids.

Our meal and service were exceptional. It's not a cheap meal but it felt elevated and special. Martha was our server and was great, as was the Manager (forgetting his name). From start to finish we enjoyed every part of it.

Dinning at Old Hickory is a delightful experience. The atmosphere, food and service are exceptional. We always feel completely comfortable and cared for when dinning here. The Wagyu Steak Tartare is amazing. The prime steaks and sides are the best there are. Lastly, service is exceptional. To say they set the standard for the complete guest experience is understated. Thank you to Sally our server for an amazing experience. A special thank you to Mia, the Manager, for going above and beyond.

Sally was our server and was excellent! She made sure our steaks were done just as we ordered. Hats off to the chefs who made it happen! Beautiful atmosphere- service was very attentive. We will be back!

It was my daughter's 7th birthday and they did nothing special for. I was pretty disappointed cause she thought they would as well. So she was also disappointed
