We went here for dinner last Monday. I wait listed us and only had to wait 5 mins for our table. Christian was our server, it was his first day serving. He was awesome! Very attentive, friendly and just a nice guy! The food was nice, the breadsticks were divine!
There was a little bit of confusion with our bill, the manager came over and rectified it and she was also really nice.

Normally I like this location a lot, but couldn't get served today when I went in at lunch. Arrived before 1: 00pm walked out the door at 1: 20. No one ever came to our table, even after walking back up front to the host and asking for service.
No one ever even responded to the call server notification replaced at the table kiosk. When we left, the host seemed disinterested that we were leaving and simply forgot we were even there. He ven stated to his coworker he didn't know that we were there even though he told her where to seat us at (table 104).
Am not going to be coming back anytime soon. At least not during the day when the restaurant is grossly understaffed and full of disinterested workers.

11/24/25 The young staff at the door were quick to sat us by the empty side of the restaurant. However I went to the bathroom and back and the server had not come to the table. A few minutes went thru, we decided what we wanted and still no service. We had placed the call on the table b tablet another few minutes went by, I went to the door and ask if we should have order at the tablet and to my surprise the host at the door forgot we were there. Another few minutes went by, and so we left.
Terrible service, it took over an hour for the food to be ready, I'll never come to this place again.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Olive Garden Irlo Bronson! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was delicious as always. What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was the outstanding service.
A special shout-out to Manager Emily, who went above and beyond to make sure our entire party was well taken care of. She checked in with us multiple times, made sure everything was perfect, and did it all with a genuine smile. Her attentiveness and professionalism made our meal feel extra special.
Thank you, Emily and the Olive Garden team, for a fantastic dining experience—we’ll definitely be back!

Usually, I give 4-5 stars to Olive Garden, as it's my whole family's favorite restaurant. However, we recently dined at this location and were charged for a dish we didn't order. While it was a side dish with a nominal charge, this was unexpected. We ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana, which typically comes with spaghetti. Before ordering, we asked the staff if the spaghetti could be served with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara, and he agreed. When the dish arrived, the side spaghetti was with marinara sauce. When I politely mentioned the issue, he acknowledged the mistake and brought the Alfredo spaghetti separately. Later, when I reviewed the bill, I was surprised to see that we were charged for the side dish. I didn't say anything further, added the tip I always do, and left.

We came with our family of 12, including kids, and were seated almost right away. Our server, Anny, was absolutely amazing! Even with such a large group, she was incredibly attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. We truly appreciated her outstanding service and will definitely be back soon!
