This was horrific! My food was 2 hours late, gave me the wrong order, the driver cursed me out cuz my tip was not enough and now they put me on hold for 30 minutes at a time because they refuse to give me a refund!

Our hotel had a flyer for Orlando Pizza & Wings, we ordered and are UNBELIEVABLY dissapointed. I asked to pay with card and the woman on the phone stated "The driver has a reader, he will call when he gets there". I placed my order for two entrees, stated on the flyer "Served with garlic bread" and two sodas. When the driver called I asked about the reader he said "We don't have readers, I don't know why they told you that, I will need to call them." He called the restaurant and they spoke, he said "You need to explain that to the customer". The woman on the phone stated "So our front card reader is down, we need to use the back up that charges a 3.95% fee on the price". I didn't have a choice and said "Fine". Once paid, I went back upstairs. Both entrees were missing the garlic bread, the food was cold, and the sodas were hot. The food tasted as if it was microwaved a few hours ago. There were raw onions and tomatoes in the tomato sauce. If we knew this place was a raging tire fire we never would have ordered and ate literally anything else. I had to search the phone number because when you look up the name on the flyer it does not exist.

This place is now going by "Orlando Pizza & Wings". Same phone number, same horrible food. The place was so bad they changed their name. Stay away from this place. They put flyers under the door of all the rooms in our Universal Hotel. This is a scam.

These people need to rot in hell for the food they're serving. We had a menu under our door at Cabana Bay. Not being from the area, figured why not. We ordered the "great deal" special. God damn was it the worst food we have ever laid eyes on. S*** looked like they reheated every day for a week. I've seen better pizza in dumpsters a week old. The chicken wings still had hair on them and were still clucking they were so undercooked. Dont get me started on the ranch. I've bit lemons that were less sour. Made for a good laugh for me and the family. Especially after reading all the reviews. Do yourself a favor and stay the hell away from this s*** hole.

We ordered the Family Deal for $34.99. The food was definitely not worth it. The food arrived after two-and-a-half hours, but the pizza was basically undercooked and cold. Further, the fries were cold and soggy, the “chicken tenders†were all breading and no chicken, and the two soda cans we got with the meal were not even lukewarm but almost hot. If we had given up on the food's arrival just a minute earlier, we would have left to go somewhere else and not even taken this...stuff.

Don't do it. Ordered 2 Lg pizza. Took 122 minutes. Called at 90 minutes. Rude staff. Put me on hold, then disconnected me. Pizza was not good. I've had better frozen ones. This one looked like frozen.
We got a slip under our door so we decided to try it out all the food was warm and the Sprite and diet coke we ordered was cold like it's supposed to be. Everything tasted good but afterwards everyone started getting stomach aches and needed to use the bathroom the delivery was 1 hour and 30 minutes even though they are called speedy pizza delivery.

I ordered ans never received my food my kids fell asleep waiting on this delivery. I asked if i could just pick up they said its delivery only. I waited OVER 2 hours... where can I report this place?

My boyfriend and I got a slip under our door talking about all these deals this company had. We were super excited and we were going to get the couple deal which included a large 3 topping pizza, 10 Wings, and 2 Canned soft drinks. Sounds awesome right? Well after reading the reviews after we ordered, we decided we wanted to cancel our order. We had been waiting almost an hour before reading reviews that it would take 2 hours for crappy frozen pizza, which wasn't worth wasting our money on. When we called back to do so, we told the lady on the phone exactly why we were canceling. Instead of accepting our response as a very reasonable reason to cancel, she then goes to tell my boyfriend, “that's our competitors commenting†and that “you can't just wait 10 more minutes for it to be done?†My boyfriend was so fed up that he gave me the phone. I continued to tell her the same things and she continued to deny everything I was telling her. I asked to confirm the address because if I had the wrong place I would admit I'm wrong. She wouldn't tell me the address because “they're delivery only†which only solidified that this was the place. Same name and everything. When she finally let me cancel the order, instead of a polite customer service response, she said “thank you for wasting our time.†What a load of garbage. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! TERRIBLE CUSOTMER SERVICE!!! Thank god their card machine wasn't working and we were going to have to pay cash, because we would've been screwed.

This place was awful. Took 2 hours for delivery, meatballs were horrible, wings gave my husband food poisoning. They say they're the best Italian, but a 2year old can cook better. Don't waste your money. Delivery guy was also rude and asked for more of a tip when he already got 20% that wasn't even deserved.
