Abby brought such an amazing personality and welcoming atmosphere this evening after a long work week. My family truly enjoyed our dinner and will be asking for Abby again. Everyone who comes here deserves to be taken care by someone like him.
Today’s experience was a record disappointment for Outback! While our server attempted to do her best, backups in the kitchen and at the bar resulted in a terrible experience. The worst part was the utter failure of the floor manager, who never introduced herself. Gave us a nasty look when we requested a different table (due to needing a high chair). Food was way to salty, ppl were friendly. Everyone at the restaurant that night had a birthday and got free cake except which was actually my birthday.... but was not going through that dog and pony show for a slice of cake.
