However upon arrival we were rushed to order and did not like the tostones cups. there was an automatic 18% gratitude that was not explained or told to us which explained the service not being too well due to her already getting tipped. Now for the atmosphere we came around 4:30 pm and while we understand it is a family orientated restaurant but to be playing Jega and having their kids run around and pulling chairs out at our table is very uncomfortable and unacceptable. Food was mid.service was mid. Better places in Kissimmee
