The service was terrible, and I ordered one thing but they gave me a different meal. Not recommended. Every time I go there it's the same; the staff is no good.

SLOWWWW employees like ridiculous slow so many customers waiting for food. You guys need to get it together. Fix your air conditioning nobody want to eat in a restaurant that is hot and it’s inhumane to your workers.

Placed an order at this Panda Express by mistake rather than my local one (192 Black Lake). Called them and asked to cancel the order. They said they “couldn’t cancel” because the order was already made. I knew this was a lie because my local location was able to cancel an order after it was already made without an issue. Drove 30 minutes in the rain and rush hour traffic only to get there and they “didn’t have the order” no explanation even though I was told on the phone they couldn’t cancel it. They then refused to refund me because I said “you made me drive 30 minutes and the order isn’t here”. I insisted they refund me, and after recording the entire 5 minute interaction and demanding my refund, they finally refunded me. So I drove all the way there in pouring rain (could have got in an accident) for something they could do over the phone. The entire interaction will be going on my TikTok with the location listed. Glad it didn’t work out though seeing as this location as recently been accused of roaches and given how dirty and lazy the staff was, I’m not at all surprised.
