This store is so disgusting and lack of customer service. I did the OJP there I saw the mouse and the insects in the kitchen It is so disgusting. How dare they can serve the food for the customer.

The WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. They closed their lobby 45 minutes early with our order on the counter. We knocked on the door to ask about our order, and the worker refused to open it. Wouldn’t even open to the door to tell my husband the lobby is closed. They just laughed and walked away. ( we have a video of this). When I called the manager, he hung up on me. Manager also refused to give me the store number to report the staff to corporate. As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry my entire life, experiencing this kind of service was unbelievable. I have never, ever experienced such a HORRIBLE staff, and DISRESPECTFUL manager. I do not recommend visiting this location at all. I would go to a different panda express if you want good customer service.

The quality of the food went downhill, the super greens in my order was purely broccoli only, and they got rid of the pineapple chicken “sweet fire chicken”.. what a shame.

Absolutely terrible, workers are no help and can't even figure out a name on an order. Been sitting here for an hour for a order to be made and still nothing. Watching everyone else get their food and online orders but yet I can't? Absolutely horrendous and I wouldn't put it past that they'd be shut down with how poorly it is managed
