Mobile order, forgot my sandwich and didn't put bacon on my Mac. Horrible resolution for my inconvenience offered. I barely come to the establishment and when I did this happened. Extremely unhappy.

Great place to grab lunch and hang out for a bit. I usually go there to study or do work and Kayla the cashier is always super friendly and sweet! I have had one or two instances where my food was missing something but they're always quick to fix it. Overall food is good, price is relatively reasonable (especially with the rewards program!) and the atmosphere is great.

By far the worst experience with a coffee place or café.

asked for 3 cinnamon bagels. 2 lightly toasted with creamcheese and one without anything. and all three just trown into a bag.

On multiple occasions I’ve had orders that come out wrong and then I have to waste time going back to fix it. You ask for no ice and you get ice. You need extra cream and sugar then you’ll get your coffee dark and bitter. I usually ask for a specific amount of cream and sugar and sometimes they just don’t care to make it. I know how it should taste when it is made as requested and it’s disgusting to drink bitter coffee and I honestly cannot tell if it’s the correct flavor when it’s bitter. Why would I waste my time and gas driving back to hand them a full coffee if there is nothing wrong? I used to not say anything but I’m fed up with them not getting it right for months now. - yes months. I have extremely sensitive teeth so I never get ice in my drinks and this is also one of the most common mistakes made because of rushed service with lack of attention. It is very immature, unprofessional and appalling to accuse a customer of playing games when having repeat issues with a basic order. This time the general manager Katelyn was confrontational and accusatory over my issue instead of taking accountability and fixing it. I am fed up coming back to fix my drinks because certain staff don’t care to make it as requested so then I have say something. Why not just make it the way I asked in the first place so there is no issue? Overall customer service is not a priority and the general manager Katelyn doesn’t want to be bothered with correcting it. This location needs better service training, especially when it comes to management. At this point the sip club is a hassle and if they don’t give you your drink as requested the general manager will bully and intimidate you and threaten to charge you for inconveniencing her for having an issue with your drink. I was shocked at this manager’s level of immaturity, and lack of professionalism. This is not how you treat customers that have repeat issues that shouldn’t even be an issue if orders are executed properly. Why be a restaurant general manager if you don’t want to make sure orders are made as requested? Absolutely ridiculous.

Usually super fast service but the drive through preferred chatting with her friend than paying attention to when people rolled up to the window. I ordered pick up through the app 20 mins prior and still waited in the line for 20 mins. What’s the point of ordering a head of time on the app if ur gonna make me wait 20 minutes in line.
