I Always order rapid pickup but if you go inside it's never on the rapid pickup shelf and if you pickup drive through and happen to accidentally put pickup inside on the app the staff is super rude and mention to make sure it doesn't happen again. Makes it hard to justify coming back very expensive for McDonald's quality service.

We got here an hr before closing time. And it seems as the people working here are zombies or nobody cares for their job. We asked for 3 soups, 2 drinks and 2 pastries. When we get to the soda machine the ice wasn’t coming out. We go back to the counter where we wait for food, and nobody cares to look up and ask if we needed anything. So, we went back to the cashiers where just leaning on the counter, no customers. And we ask for ice. They tell us to go back to the counter and ask for ice. And we did. Second time waiting and it’s like we are invisible. 4 people behind the counter nobody looks up. I had to whistle so someone can give me attention. So I asked for ice, and one of the employees sends me to the ice machine. I was like “what in the world”?!!!! Then one of the girls says “the ice machine broke we have to get it for you”. Then we get the soups, squash soup no pumpkin seeds. I turn around with the plate of food and too late, everyone was looking down. So I had to whistle again. When I asked for seeds they tell me “we ran out”. I go back to the table. And noticed we never got our pastries. Got ginger ale and it was watered down. The bread that comes with the food was freezing cold. Overall, one of the worst Panera experiences we have had.

A very tasty toasted avocado BLT this morning.

We went into store and they botched up our order. We had to go up multiple times to get the issue resolved. The lady at the counter apparently thought we were trying to steal a bagel or something. We finally gave them our bag so they could search it. They then they gave us the bagel we paid for after 10 mins….it was a painful customer service experience…I didn’t appreciate being treated like a thief.

Vegetarian options: This is a great place for vegetarians.
The staff are always doing their best. Unfortunately Panera corporate continues to lessen the food quantity overall but for same or higher price. Not the problem if the local employees so I sympathize with them. This branch was rather quiet for lunch time probably due to the above. They also increased the usual add on 99 cent desert item to 2.99 or higher which honestly angered me. Total was 18 for a smaller than ever pick two. Probably won’t be back often like before.

Today my girlfriend and me have to find a place to stay for 3hr. We ordered some bread and stayed here as a temp place to rest. Crew is friendly and atmosphere is great, really appreciate!

Breakfast sandwich used to be good...now there is hardly any egg and the sandwich is much smaller. It is a shame.
