Busy this morning and seemed like limited staff.

1/3 of the order was missing, their response? A coupon for next time? A coupon? Really? No. How about refund what you didn't give me! Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that defines you. This Panera is awful. You don't keep my money if you didn't provide what was paid for. The bag was taped shut so you packed it that way. A coupon is not gonna cut it.

Their real Sandwich is far away from its picture in menu. It was ripped off.

Got there and ready pickup was empty. Waited 10 minutes before flagging down an employee. My order was done and not put out. Getting cold.
Got home. Lettuce and cucumber were missing from the lukewarm frontega. Paid for double meat on the cheesesteak but did not get double.
Disappointing. Especially since I did the tip when I order. Never again.

To the girl in the drive thru and the guy that handed me my sandwich and scone, amazing friendly customer service very impressed! That alone made for a great experience! I hope you see this and know that your service is greatly appreciated. As for the food my chicken bacon ranch was hot and tasted great. The orange scone is addictive. I recommend this kissimmee location.

They didn’t have yogurt for the smoothies, they didn’t have French bread for the soup, they didn’t have bread for the sandwich??? Terrible 😞

Most expensive sloppily thrown together sandwich with only 1 bite containing the bacon that was advertised and the bacon appeared to have already been chewed.

The service was amazing very friendly. I truly wish there was a Panera bread and St cloud My wife works across town and this is the only time I get to enjoy my everything bagel and other food items that I love to eat from Panera. But overall the customer service was amazing cannot complain about anything they're doing an amazing job there, keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen you are awesome.

If this is a franchise corporate should take control if it's a corporate store they need to give to a franchise because someone isn't managing this location horrible service extremely slow drive thru often not open still blaming things on not being able to hire. This isn't COVID any longer time to manage your business! Maybe less money on ads and printing and memberships and more on hiring capable managers and staff. What's the point in advertising when you can't fulfill ?
