I ordered at drive thru.
I usually order the turkey chili. It's been a while.
Simply ordered 2 bagels both were burnt.
I didnt bother taking them back it is as after work & I needed to keep moving. Probably won't go back.

1/3 of the order was missing, their response? A coupon for next time? A coupon? Really? No. How about refund what you didn't give me! Mistakes happen, it's how you handle them that defines you. This Panera is awful. You don't keep my money if you didn't provide what was paid for. The bag was taped shut so you packed it that way. A coupon is not gonna cut it.

Their real Sandwich is far away from its picture in menu. It was ripped off.

Got there and ready pickup was empty. Waited 10 minutes before flagging down an employee. My order was done and not put out. Getting cold.
Got home. Lettuce and cucumber were missing from the lukewarm frontega. Paid for double meat on the cheesesteak but did not get double.
Disappointing. Especially since I did the tip when I order. Never again.
