I go to Panera everyday and this one here was lackluster. Everyone seemed to want personal conversations versus to do work. Standing at the pickup window waiting for my order which said it was done on my phone. People just walked past me like they didn't see me at all. First and last visit to this one.

Been getting the broccoli cheddar soup for some time. The last two visits, the soup was noticeably water down from previously. What is going on there?
I ordered the chicken tenders meal. They were hard as a rock. I tried peeling the crust off of the tenders, the meat was tough underneath. The fries were soft. The 18% tip for just walking the food to me is my biggest complaint. A $7.50 bag of popcorn ends up costing nearly $10 after 7% for taxes and 18%. That's a 25% increase to every price on the menu.

I love this Panera! They are always soo fast and super friendly. I had an issue with my order and Rebecca was fast to address and fix the issue. I came out leaving a happy customer ready to come back. It’s people like Rebecca who deserves the recognition. Thank you again!
Got two bacon turkey bravos, and for 14$ dollars a piece they are pathetic. Only two little slices of turkey per half and a massive amount of field greens and they completely forgot cheese.
