I placed an order thinking was in this location (was my fault not seeing the right address) i used a discount coupon, when i went to pick up my order of course the order wasn’t there (when i found out the wrong address) so i told the manager i will call the other store and cancel, and if i could place a order right there and if i could use my coupon, she said NO, so i left not purchasing anything because as a manager she could apply manually my discount. Bad customer service!!!!

I used to LOVE Panera!! But, ever since the prices went up, it's ridiculous!!! My wife and I went for lunch today. We both got the pick 2, with an unsweetened tea, and a pomegranate tea, which came out to $42!!! French onion soup was way to salty. From now on I'll stick to chick=fil=a!!!

They are extremely slow and consistently forgetting items in my order but they normally fix it when you bring it to their attention. Last night they made our sandwiches with old hard bread. Done with this location.

I've been coming to this Panera location for over five years, and it never disappoints. There's always plenty of parking, and the space is spotless and well-kept. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive—my orders always come out quickly, and the self-serve kiosks make the process smooth and easy. If you're a soup lover, don’t miss the cheddar broccoli and the cream of chicken and wild rice—both are delicious comfort foods, especially on a cozy afternoon.
