Order here if you want cold pizza! Mine was delivered with the box open and not sealed! When I called they didn't care, and we're sassy on the phone. Never going here again....$31 bucks for cold pizza....nooo thanks. There's also no way to complain except to call the store directly which just is extremely frustrating.

I tried to place an online order at this location using a gift card. The website used the gift card money but wouldn't let me complete the order and pay the remaining balance. When I went into the restaurant, the staff was so helpful. Even though my gift card now held no funds, the manager trusted my word when I showed him my mobile transaction and made the pizzas right there, taking my gift card amount off the total. The pizzas were hot and delicious, and ready faster than expected. The staff was pleasant and cheerful, and the restroom was clean. So very impressed when I was honestly expecting them to say they couldn't help me with a website glitch, and I was out the gift card amount.

I was at the papa John’s location I made a wrong order and Erick Tiffany and Moises did a great job in fixing my error the team really went above and beyond do help fix my error .

I called in an order for takeout. The guy on the phone quoted $13 each for large 1 topping. They charged me $17. When I told the guy at the store, before paying, he said I mis-heard the guy quoting me on the phone, so I paid and left. On the way home I called to verify the price, and I was correct, it should have been $13 each. When I called to speak to the manager, I explained what happened, and he put me on hold and left me there. Rude and dishonest.

Waiting more than 40 minutes because the pizza was wrong and then complaining about it and the next one being completely burnt. Nothing against the workers because they were very kind but this kind of thing drives away customers.

Ordered two pizzas. One was correct, one was not. Should have been pepperoni and bacon, but had mushrooms, which I hate. Forgot to check before we left to make sure they were correct. Bacon and mushrooms do not sound the same. It's probably because the delivery driver wouldn't shut up about a story he was telling her when she should have been at the counter. I was so hungry from a long day of work that I just ate it.

George is one of the most down to earth and friendly people I’ve met. He’s clearly passionate about providing excellent customer service, from his knowledge of the food to his attention to detail. Just a great all-around interaction and experience that just started by going to pick up a pizza.

Five stars for customer service one star for DoorDash delivery The driver messed up the order returns with food asking for the food back even though papa John's manager Sam says we can keep it and get the new order the driver didn't speak any English sam went out of her way to refund me and say I can get free food tomorrow so customer service top notch door dash not so much

Be prepared to wait. This location always says it's ready before it actually is. Clearly trying to boost their metrics and hope it takes you longer to get there. Planning to call corporate to try to get them to report accurately. Please do the same so hopefully something can actually get fixed about it.
