The BBQ Chicken Pizza Was Totally Good And The Boneless Chicken Wings Were Also Good On How Much I Spent I Can't Remember But I Do Know For Sure That The Person Who Delivered The Food Was Super Nice And Right On Time And Ordering Online Was Easy And Fast And I Recommend That The People Who Order Pizza Don't Do It Over The Phone Just Do It Online Instead Because I Love Ordering The Food Online So I Want To Thank The People Who Works For This Papa Johns On Simpson Road Keep Up With The Find Jobs Y'all Do And Best Wishes From Y'all Number One Fan Billy Williams.

This is been the worst and most experience I ever had as they want to dump my food out right in front of me under the porch and then just simply leave it saying they’re sorry and want me to eat the cost with no resolution to where I had to call four times my wife got hung up on. I had enough had to call customer service just for a lady to tell me hey will let you know an answer within 14 days, I will never order or deal with this disgusting restaurant again all over poor service I’m not waiting 24 days to eat

I showed 5 minutes after the given time to pick up one pizza that the delivery person took by mistake, waited another 12 minutes . Inconvenient when you have children No seating area to wait. Staff was very niece. $15 for a small cheese pizza.
I've always liked their pizza. For over 15 years, we've been their customers. But the last time I ordered for a delivery at 10:00 pm, they said they could still deliver it. I told them I would pay cash, and they said it would arrive by 10:30pm. I called them back 40 minutes later since I knewthatcthe close at 11:00pm, and they said they had already left and that it was through DoorDash, which I hadn't requested. They lied to me, leaving my family and me waiting all night. They lost us as customers; very bad service.

Went in for a pick up order. I was neither greeted nor acknowledged after approaching the counter. I was then told my pizza wasn't ready although the app notified me it was ready 10 minutes ago. After waiting a few minutes another employee checked and the pizza had been ready the whole time. I was so annoyed I didn't notice they failed to give me the extra sauces I ordered. This is not the first time I have had a bad experience here.
