Papa Johns Pizza

I ordered a pizza with the toppings I like and a thin crust, but they gave me a thick crust and not with the toppings I ordered. I called to complain and they told me on the phone that they couldn't understand me, and this isn't the first time.

I made an online order to pickup as carryout. As I walked in I stand in the left side because a lady in front of me was picking up her order and I thought that is a line to pick up. A lady is there not even acknowledging me if I have to pick up an order or ordering. I wasn’t pleased of the customer service I had here. It would be nice to have signs to where I’d pick up and where to order.

The staff is super friendly!! I’m always welcomed in and the food is always hot a fresh when I pick up. Made to perfection!!

I mobile ordered a pizza so I could use a discount code. I arrived 20 minutes early and my order was already done. Pizza was good. The employee was polite. The establishment was clean. It was not a bad experience, but it was not a "wow" one either.

I ordered a pizza, they gave me 20 minutes for delivery and it was ready in 10 minutes!!! These guys making pizzas are tough ?

I moved to Kissimmee one month ago from Miami and this is my new local Papa John’s store. It’s the second pizza so far I ordered and I see the same pattern. I get at least 3/4 pizza and 1/4 plain crust. Way different than my past store in Miami which you could see the cheese and toppings all over the crust with a very thin edge. I don’t know if the owner explicitly is ordering the employees to use less ingredients due to inflation but it’s disappointing in every way. The stuff is friendly and the pizza was right in time but the quality is way below average.

Shane $40 for one pie 8 little slices that was way overcooked you can literally count the pieces of bacon on half the pizza never again last time.. shame.

This is one of the worst places you can go to pick up your food literally stand in the front counter for five minutes while employees sat in the back and spoke to their management team. No one acknowledge me when I walked in until I had to say something.

Pizza was ok. The price delivered was 30 dollars.....1 pizzaNever again

Very often, my pizza is not correct, even after clearly explaining how I want it. I have called before and they took care of me on giving me credit for my next order. However nothing has changed. I think I just may have to get pizza somewhere else..
