Paradise Palms Resort

I experienced a lizard in my downstairs bathroom. One of the upstairs rooms didn't have a night stand. The trash schedule wasn't properly followed by staff and resulted in some animal getting into the trash and making a mess we had to clean up to avoid a fee. Other than these things it really was a great stay.

House we rented was beautiful and a great location. The night security was EXTREMELY rude every time we interacted with him. When we arrived the first thing he said is “where are you going” with a very rude tone. When we came back later in the night he again asked where we were going and we said the name on the air bnb we rented and explained we were here earlier. He was adamant that he gave us parking passes but did not. After going back and forth and him being rude the entire interaction he finally handed us our parking pass for one vehicle. When we asked for the second parking pass, he swore over and over again that he gave it to us when he did not. After arguing again, he finally stated that we needed the tag number for the second vehicle to get a pass. Finally, we drove the second vehicle over and got our parking pass. Thankfully, we have not had to deal with him since this altercation.

I’ll always do business here! AirBnB was clean, comfortable, private and very accommodating.

About 30 mins from everything. We didn't do much other than use the rental until. Front desk staff was nice.

Be aware of the cleaning lady showing up at the house at 10am . Check out is supposed to be at 11am. The lady walked in and started cleaning while we were getting ready.

This is a fun place to vacation

Nice resort with large duplexes. The pool and the community center are nice.

Bar and Grill: Me and my family are here from out of state and the service that I have gotten by Lisa has been phenomenal! She is always so kind, helpful and on top of her service's. Anyone who gets the pleasure of meeting her is lucky!!!

The ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful as well!

I would definitely recommend this place to people.

The resort was nice. The house had some issues.

Great place to stay

Lisa at paradise grille was amazing! Everytime we visited she was right to it with a smile on her face and so very kind! She was knowledgeable on what she was doing. Then learned she was fairly new! Amazing experience with the service!

If you are looking for a place to stay close to Disney, this is a great option. The place we stayed at had a great Disney theme to it and the clubhouse/pool area are very kid oriented. There is even a slide at the pool. Gated community so you feel the comfort of privacy. If I had known about this place I would have stayed here with my kids years ago!

Nearby activities: Disney is very close by.

Safety: Gated community so it feels safe.

Walkability: You can walk the resort but not really much walkable outside the main gate.

Food and drinks: There is a restaurant as well as an ice cream and coffee shop in the clubhouse area that are good.

Noteworthy details: Google Maps can steer you to the wrong gate when you are going there. Some of the gates are no longer used so you must go in and out through the main gate.

Not bad but they want to control everything in your home which makes it uncomfortable for a person with an illness
