Gated community , on banana Palm drive , we didn’t use the complex as you had to wear a green plastic band for the time you were in the complex so didn’t bother as it was 115 , but bar that the area and community was great , house was a 5 bed in banana palm drive , great location

So this is my third time at Paradise Palms which used to be a nice family resort but I am writing this at 1.30 in the morning after being woken, AGAIN, by selfish, noisy, drunken residents nearby who are out partying in their pool without a care for anyone else and this has happened EVERY night so far. The resort has totally lost that family feel. There is a rule here about being quiet after 10pm but this is a joke - it is not enforced and the management don’t care. The on site security did turn out and advise these morons but they should be patrolling and enforcing the rules -I walked to the security office and you could hear the noise from there. If you and your family want a good sleep so you’re ready for the parks then DON’T come here, I’m all for people having a good time on holiday, but this should not be at others expense - I will not be coming back as the place has changed and not for the good. I would also agree with the comments on a previous review about the plastic wristbands you have to wear constantly to get in the pool etc. - ridiculous!

Do not let Virgin Holidays put you in 8958 Candy Palm Road for your Orland a trip in Paradise Palms Resort. Reasons: - Ceiling leaded by the bed in the master bedroom - Fixed after two days - Electrical sockets did not work in the kitchen area - Ants in two of the four bedrooms crawling all over my daughters stuff - Pest control came and sprayed all the carpets - Cleanliness - well lets just say it needs about a 2 days deep clean top to bottom as not cleaned properly and suffering from under investment - When it rains it floods by the pool as all the soak aways are blocked with dirt and muck Virgin Orlando team did good on communication but could not offer us alternative accommodation so we had to live on the ground floor of the villa and paid over 13K total for the whole holiday. Thoroughly annoyed and expect proper checks to be carried out on properties The resort itself and the communal pool are amazing though so the resort is fine just avoid this property and ask for a change before you go.

Stayed on this resort 4 times now. Lovely homes, nice communal pool and little tiki bar. However, we have noticed the customer service in clubhouse is not the usual friendly standard you would expect on vacation. To use the clubhouse facilities you now have to book In and show ID you can't just use the gym as and when you wish to workout, you must book in , show ID and then if you are lucky be allocated a slot as and when they have availability. My family were stopped from entering the pool.area unless they wore a wristband. Who wants to walk.around Orlando in the parks in the sweltering heat with a wristband on, just so they can use the communal pool/tikki bar when back in their resort on Paradise Palms? Surely only booked in guests will be accessing the facilities anyway. Is that not one of the benefits of a gated resort? Sorry but the ambience has really changed here, really not feeling the usual welcome our family have previously received. We have travelled from UK and felt a little intimidated when passing through the clubhouse and being challenged. Think this may be our last stay here. Homeowners need to consider the overall customer experience their guests are receiving. ;(

The resort itself was amazing. Great facilities. Great staff. The issue we had was at one of the units hosted by AirBnb. If you are staying, 8960 Bismarck Palm Road isn’t what it’s advertised. It was dirty. Broken items throughout. And AirBnb didn’t back us up with photos we had for proof. An old cooked sausage in the drawer of the oven. Broken glass on the over door. 1/2 of the panels missing in the living room patio door blinds so no privacy. Filthy carpet. And the list goes on.

We had a reservation for Paradise Palms Resort Kissimmee through Marriott Homes and Villas, and we are calling it the Resort from HELL. We arrived to a security gate without our names on the reservation, even though I have messages in the guest portal advising WVH of our arrival. We waited outside this security gate for over an hour, and WVH blamed us for the errors made. We walked into a filthy house with stains on bedding, hair in the bathrooms, a pool that was paid to be heated, and a pool that was just bigger than our personal tubs. After communicating with WVH with nothing but aggravation, and they were not answering their phone calls or messages. I contacted Marriott Homes and Villas for assistance, but the issues continued. We observed a serious Domestic Violence Incident that had the entire family worried about our safety. When your on vacation, you should be able to feel safe and secure. We had issues with the digital front door lock not working properly, and contacted WVH. They acted as if we didn't know how to operate the lock, after the week from HELL. They claimed nothing was wrong with the lock, but we were advised that it needed to be replaced and to use a specific code. After learning that the door lock was not securing the door, we made reservations to relocate Our Family to a secure location for the remainder of Our Vacation. We advised WVH about the continuing issues, and they were consistently rude with their passive aggressive communications. We have found that WVH has a reputation for not fulfilling their contracts, and it appears that they continue to take monies without providing services paid for by their customers. DON'T RENT FROM WONDER HOME VACATIONS, UNLESS YOU WANT AGGRAVATION, WASTED TIME, AND MONEY. They claimed that it's normal wear and tear...NOT filthy.

an excellent place to enjoy Orlando and theme parks with family and friends. Villa Italia is a corner of italian style in Florida: 5 rooms, 4 bathrooms, private pool, walking distance from community pool and club house. Very close to Disney, few miles from Seaworld and Universal studios

Nice property in a lovely secure/gated community just off the 192 in Kissimmee. Some minor faults with the villa & a little dated decor wise but otherwise a great base from which to explore the parks & Florida in general. Pool was a small heated L-shape & ideal for a dip after a hot day with Mickey & Chums

We stayed here for 3 weeks in one of the air bnb properties, we loved it we got to no the guard on the gate and he was really helpful especially when I was having trouble working out what gas to put in our rental car (were from the UK) We used the main pool a few time s and I got a package delivered as well and they handled that for me. The grounds are really well managed everywhere is so clean and tidy We did have an issue with neighbors and excessive noise one night and the security team were straight on it and got it sorted there is an Aldi and a Publix just down the road and there are plenty of restaurants around the complex and access to the 192 is very easy. we really enjoyed our stay here and would happily stay again.

Fantastic stay! Loved the house (8972 Candy Palm)and the resort amenities, we felt safe with the gated security guards. Huge pool, tennis and basketball courts, and the not well known nature trail gave us plenty things to do. We’ll come back.

They said they would turn it down 2 days ago but it's still burning up in here. We had to go buy fans so we could sleep since management thinks it's not an emergency so they will not come to our house to fix it.

Lovely 5 bedroom townhouse (8951 Coco Palm Road). Booked through TUI, 5 bedroom townhouse managed by Global Resort Homes . We had a wonderful holiday and the whole process from landing at the small, friendly and fantastic Melbourne International Airport, to getting instructions and entry code for the townhouse was really easy, despite arriving after hours, such a relief! The town house is lovely, for the most part really well maintained and clean for our arrival, though there were a couple of small issues: We adhered to the management company request to keep the air con set to 72°F, but that was a little too warm if we’re honest, especially in the height of the August heat. The dishwasher struggled to clean the dishes fully on some occasions (not really a big issue though) and the large air vent at the top of the stairs really could of done with a clean. The blinds in one of the downstairs bedroom became stuck open and the management company didn’t respond to a couple of requests to remedy this, but as we’d explained it wasn’t urgent we were not too concerned, we just would of appreciated them fixed at some point during our stay. However, I must stress, we had a really lovely stay there, the villa was so comfortable, beautifully furnished and absolutely everything else about the townhouse/villa is spot on! As a family with three teenagers we especially appreciated the excellent Wi-Fi ?. The (small) pool was everything we needed after a long day at the parks with a lovely lanai area. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped! The bathrooms were beautiful and having two en-suites and a further two bathrooms meant that each occupied bedroom for our family of five had their own bathroom, which was great when we’re all trying to get out early. All bedrooms had extremely comfortable well dressed beds and masses of storage opportunities, each bedroom had its own TV, again, appreciated by our teenagers. The resort is beautiful, with great on-site facilities and we also enjoyed a walk along the nature trail! Really lovely stay, wouldn’t hesitate to book again either through TUI, or direct!
