Perkins Restaurant & Bakery

I order a steak medium and they made it well done. The managed took it back for a re-cook. When I went to check out, I got charged for 2 meals, minus the drink. I was told I couldn't be refunded because I used a debit card and that they will let corporate know so they could refund it. Well, it's been 2 months later and I still haven't received my money back. These people are crooks.

Wow! What a great experience. Service was prompt, attentive and welcoming. The server was so upbeat and pleasant. Fast refills and excellent job making sure we were satisfied with everything. Food was very good. Flavorful, incredibly fresh with outstanding appearance. I could not believe how friendly the staff was. I would highly recommend this clean, friendly and attentive restaurant. It was a memorable experience and will be back!

Went for dinner and was told the area we wanted to sit in was closed and only for employees because there was only 1 server. Took 10 minutes to get served. My husband asked for 2 cheeseburgers one had cheese the other one didn't. We received fries that were half burnt! Server did not even come by to see how things were . Found someone in the kitchen area to give us extra napkins. Server finally came back with the bill. We then had to ask for a carry out box and extra soda. Don't understand why people are this way if they don't want to work they shouldn't be in the business! You would think if the restaurant wasn't busy they would take extra care with the people that are there for a meal

Enjoyed our meal and the service was good.
We got some cookies when we will left too. Very good.

Only issue, like all restaurants this days it cost to much for what we got.

Every location I have been to has provided good food and pleasant servers. Occasionally a wait, but not very long. Just long enough to make you feel you picked a good place.

Bang average food , was busy when we arrived so had to wait 5 mins which was no problem, but it appeared that we had come in at the end of the morning rush , which meant our food has a distinctly ' end of a batch ' feel with stuff overcooked , staff very pleasant but let down by the food

the service is extremely slow. burger arrived with top bun warm from sitting in the window , meat dry as possible . not able to temp the burger was told they only serve one way ,fries old and cold , no condiments such as mayo on the burger, overall i sincerely feel like nobody here cared with as slow as they were moving, i chose not to complain in store food was so mediocre i personally feel thay couldn’t have done better and if they could have they should of done it the first time around

The food was amazing. Our server Nadja went above and beyond to help us regarding our allergies. Fast, friendly, and clean. Could not have been better.

Just had breakfast there. Excellent food and presentation, especially for the price. Compliments to the chef. Nadja was attentive and very pleasant, always with a smile.

Our server JR was outstanding!! Very personable and attentive to our needs, we did not have to remind him of anything, he was great, and the food was delicious, He makes you wanna come back to Perkins again and again!!!!
