I'm so glad we stopped in. We were here years ago and the experience wasn't great. But, I believe in second chances. What a great pizza. My wife and I review pizzas from all over the place. This is probably our top 5. What a great pizza and the garlic fries were awesome as well. Keep up the good work. Employees were super friendly as well.

We had a really disappointing experience here. The pizza was not fresh, lacked flavor, and definitely wasn’t authentic New York-style pizza. I’ve had much better elsewhere—both in terms of food and customer service.
On top of that, my son mistakenly used a water cup to get soda. Instead of simply and kindly addressing it, the staff chose to respond with unnecessary rudeness and harshness. He’s a kid, and I was standing right there to correct it. A respectful reminder would’ve been more than enough.
To make matters worse, the owner’s response afterward only made it clearer how they choose to treat their customers. It was an honest mistake, yet instead of showing even a bit of understanding, the tone was confrontational and petty. I wasn’t asking for special treatment—just basic decency. We’ll definitely be going elsewhere, not because a rule was enforced, but because of how poorly it was handled.
