Well pizza was ok not the best but ok restroom very bad condition n server no good at all he received us !what you need? excuse me, at least say welcome Pizza Hut family I'll be your server etc

Placed an order at 10:20. Called at 11:30 as my order still had not arrived. When I called they informed me they canceled my order because they ran out of the item I ordered. When I asked “why did you guys not call me and inform me of this I’ve been waiting over an hour for food that’s not coming?” The manager said “you should have got a email notification and we have been very busy, Too busy to call”

What kind of service is this? Ridiculous. If you run out of product that’s fine, but to not even call me and notify me that you are canceling my order after I paid in advance while I sit and wait patiently?

Ordered a pizza yesterday for me and my girlfriend because of Hurricane Milton and these workers/employees did a wonderful job! They made out pizza quick and efficient! Thank you so much guys! And I hope that everyone stay safe!! ??

The Good : Pizza was very good and location is Great near hotels an reasonably priced compared to theme park food.
Bad: service is not as good as it used to be . But that's the same I noticed everywhere you go. I guess the bad tourists really screw with these establishments as customer service has fallen to the wayside. Our order was placed only to find out they burnt the pizza and we had to wait for another 25 minutes for another to be made . We waited and rhe pizza was good the guy that took our order I guess left on break and the lady came from the back to get us the pizza. Place was empty inside I guess for lack of employees . Seems to be the thing at all businesses these days. Employees overworked doing job of multiple people it's no wonder why service is not great. Overall pizza was good. But pack your patience .

Me and my wife were traveling out of state and we decided to stop at this location before heading back home. We got a Big Dinner Box and a whole Brownie pan. But the pizza was awful as well as the breadsticks, it seems as if the cheese was already expired, the only thing that was okay were the brownies and the Wings. The pizza and the breadsticks had to be throw all away.

Just left this location very disappointed and frustrated. Waiting on our order for over an hour (1 L pizza and 1 order of wings). We asked and were told to wait five more minutes. Continued waiting and nothing. Finally decided to leave. The charged us $12.33 for one soda, one fruit punch and two cups of water. She claimed it was Aquafina. We never saw the “Aquafina” bottles. After waiting more than an hour and a half, the least they could have done was not charge for the drinks. Unbelievable. Not even an apology.

I just left there with my family and we could see how hard Dominic works to provide excellent service. There were many tables occupied and even with the large flow of people he was always concerned about whether we needed anything. Thank you Dominic, you are truly a great worker. We appreciate it very much.

Friday evening when I went to go pick up my food tell me that my pepperoni and bacon with extra cheese that I paid for had extra cheese on it with light sauce and I told him that doesn't look like extra cheese at all. The gentleman hesitated to even answer which I already knew was a lie. Wasn't out to remake it didn't care about it and walked away after that.
