I am not a fan of Pizza Hut’s new delivery system with DoorDash. I placed an order for delivery, and the DoorDash driver left the pizza boxes outside on the ground (how disrespectful). When I contacted the driver, he said, “I’ve been doing this for 10 years and never had a problem leaving food on the ground.” The pizza wasn’t hot, the cheese wasn’t melted to perfection, and it had a funny taste. Pizza Hut, please hire your own drivers and stop using DoorDash. I am very dissatisfied with their service!

Always make sure that you get what you paid for... always check your order before leaving. Sometimes, they don't add extras like what happened to me before I add extra pineapple, and I got no extra pineapple. I reported to the company, and after a month, I guess they give me credit on my account to fix the issue.

Hung up on me multiple times as soon as I connected. At first I thought it was a mistake, but it became clear they just resolved not to take more orders for the night.. I understand it's later on a Friday but their hours show they close at 1. The different rep I got eventually, after the call disconnected twice, said they 'closed an hour ago'. Not sure why they'd even answer if that was actually the case. Very strange and left a bad impression. I've frequented this location quite a bit, but between always taking far longer than estimated and this, I'll just go elsewhere.

I really like their pizza. Last time I paid for delivery and they sent the order through door dash. It took an hour for me to get it and it was so cold and gross when it arrived. This alone made me choose a different pizza place. DoorDash is the worst.

The Pizza Hut is always enjoyable and excellent. The People on Staff do not settle for just being respectful. The Staff goes above and beyond with "Kindness." Any "Dodo" can "be "Respectful." But it takes Genuine "High Emotional Intelligence to engage in "Kindness.". That is what I see every time I engage with Pizza Hut. I engage in Take Out, Dine In, and Delivery. For a long time I Boycotted Pizza Hut, because a few years ago at the Michigan Ave Irlo Bronson I witnessed a Store Manager loudly Verbally Abusing one of the Staff. When I confronted him, he tried to tell me, I was not seeing what I was seeing. I made him Apologize to the Staff Member, then and there. I made the decision to bring my business else where. I have observed, that not happen since I've returned, no bullying like that. But, if I see that in any Pizza Hut again. I will Not return my business for good. I am a Customer with a Conscience. I am not loyal to the Brand. I am loyal to the People who give, the life to the Brand.

I ordered a pizza at 8pm and it never arrived as they say they sent it and then they say it was missed. After calling a second time they told us. It took 5 minutes to arrive and we were waiting 15 minutes at the door and it never arrived and then. We called again and he said they had already left it at the door which is a lie we had to wait 15 minutes, they play with people they think people are stupid, I think it is a lack of respect and seeing the comments of other people it is strange that you haven't changed the people or closed that store. I recommend dedicating yourself to something else.
I live in NC but yet your store made a pizza for someone in FL. So I never got the food, service, or atmosphere because I never put in an order. But my app was used which is registered with a NC address.
