We placed our order at 609pm told we'd have it by 705pm, we got our order at 845pm - cold burnt pizza and 8 hot 20oz bottled drinks. I called 12 times last night to find our & cancel it I was hung up on every single time. I called today to get my money back. The MOD told me they couldn't give me my money back only a remake. Our group of 6 dined here this past rainy, Friday night, for the first time. When we entered we were told there could be a fifteen minute wait even though we didn't see anyone else waiting and we saw multiple empty tables. Thankfully we didn't have to wait the full fifteen minutes to get seated.
