I cannot begin to say how bad this store is. Having received an incorrect and cold order delivered via doordash (despite ordering directly) much later than it was meant to be I was unable to make contact with the store. I was put on hold 4 times and spent over an hour waiting on the phone. They are clearly avoiding my call. I have been in touch with head office and made a complaint but I doubt it will get me anywhere. Avoid this store and Pizza hut in general at all costs.

Was supposed to have my pizza by 528 never got it till after seven first delivery person didn’t know where he was going brought my food back and told me that he was bringing it back to the shop and have them make it over then they they got DoorDash. The other guy got the tip. All they gave her was two dollars. I gave her three more and I don’t think it’s fair that I spent all that money and I was not Compensated for anything I will never order from the Pizza Hut on Ronson Boulevard. I live in St. Cloud and I have no problem with St. Cloud. Never received our pizza till 7 o’clock or after seven can’t remember bus driver was very nice from door Door Dash

Beware! I ordered almost $100 worth of food for a party and they delivered the complete wrong order, only 2 pizzas showed up nearly 2 hours later! The manager WILL NOT answer the phone, I've reached out to customer service and they do NOTHING meanwhile I'm just screwed I guess. Would NOT order from here, literally try anywhere else.

Not the best, not the worst. I would go here again. Problem was, they were in such a rush, they forgot to slice the pizzas and cheese bread. Luckily there was a pizza cutter at our rental so no big deal but I would have been upset if I had no way to cut them.

Ordered a pizza and some pasta for delivery. Got a notification that it was being delivered by door dash. Was communicating with the DoorDash delivery driver about my location, claimed to have gone to the wrong location and said he would be arriving in 10 min after sending my location pin to him. He proceeded to mark my order as delivered and then 30 min go by with no responses and never got our food. Pizza Hut put another order in for food but with being almost 2 hrs, we were over it and went to bed before the next order arrived so no confirmation that even arrived.
Technically not pizza huts fault but this has been a know issue with door dash or Uber eats. Because of this I will never order any food delivery if I see it will use a third party.

Dont order from here. This is the 3rd time i had issues with them. First they never delivered the food, second the pizza was just thrown in the box and now ONCE AGAIN waiting for an order that HASNT arrived. Customer services doesnt even pick the phone so good luck getting to the bottom of things with this location!
Went in there a guy was standing at the register but couldnt take my order because he said i need to do it online. which makes no sense what do ya have registers for

We have eaten at Pizza Hut all over North America..this is THE WORST by far!! In town and was craving it. BIG mistake. 2 medium pizzas through Uber were $65!!??? If they’d have been great, ok. We ordered 2 “original pan” crust and both were hand tossed crust and undercooked! Most went into the trash! Had no taste at all very bland. Barely any pepperoni. Total crap, what a waste of money!

If I could give a zero I would. I called an hr before they closed and ordered for delivery. We are 10 minutes away from Pizza Hut. I called the store over 5 times to get ahold of someone about our food coming. Each time I have told them that no one is answering and each time they transfer me it’s over 10 minutes and no one has picked up. I have called to tell them that no one’s answering and I just wanted to know if the food it being delivered to us. In the middle of me trying to explain the situation the person answering the calls has just sent me over to the store in the middle of talking to them both times I was not able to finish my sentence and they pushed me through. I even called to have my ordered canceled and they just pushed me through. Very unprofessional I don’t even live in this state I am visiting and this was the only place to have food near by.
