Ordered in store, make sure you get the deal you asked for, ended up paying nearly $8 more than the deal I wanted, was told it was because of one of the pizzas we ordered. Deal should have been ANY pizza included. Manager not willing to refund the difference and said he didn’t set the prices on the till, it’s just the way it is. He actually walked away from me not willing to talk anymore. Very busy store with extremely loud music playing in the kitchen. Food nice but attitude of staff not great. If I’d ordered on the website the deal I wanted came out at the correct price, go figure!

Absolutely awful. Get Flippers or anything else instead. Pizza wasn’t cut all the way through, and what was cut was so uneven. Marinara Sauce came 1/4 way full. No seasoning on the breadsticks. For $35 for two items, don’t waste your money.

I got robbed. I called ahead and ordered two pizzas, I got there and I paid with a credit card, the transaction went smoothly, then a minute later came back again for a 2 litter soda,I gave the cashier a $20 dollar bill and she gave me just few cents back, when I inquired for the balance she stood up saying that I gave her a $5 dolar bill, she opened the register and show me a $5 dollar bill assuring that I gave her that bill. If the store manager is reading this complaint I'm pretty sure that at the end of the shift it will be $16.00 over in the register, unless she took the money out before that,I saw cameras in there, take a look at the surveillance videos,it was around 7:30 pm on July 4th. By the way I overheard she was telling a customer that she was a teacher, don't know what manners she teaches to her students.Go figure it.

I ordered a Big Box at 8:37pm and never received it. Kept calling back, finally got an answer, and a female worker hung the phone up in my face once I explained I never received my food. I called back after holding for 10 15 minutes a male answer the phone I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold and no one never came to the phone..
Wow. My family is staying at the Holiday Inn resorts and ordered a large pan pizza and 6 wings today 7/1/25 at 6:30 for delivery. We were shocked it said 7:08 delivery time. We did not expect it that soon so we waited and waited. We called - oh hold for an HOUR and nothing 8:15 pm… we already paid for it / finally we drove over at 9:30. Sure enough our order was sitting there. Girl said : it’s here, it’s gross bc it’s been sitting here for 2 hours. Want us to make another one? Ummm - a wait she quoted another hour and a half?! I asked for a refund. Manager was nice and obliged. I asked if we can have “the gross pizza too?” ( if they were throwing it out?!) we were STARVING. Suddenly it was missing?! 🤯🤯🤯lmao… rude girl gave us some other poor bastards order - it was delicious.

Went in too pick up food for take out/doordash and ended up waiting in line for the wrong place, had a whole lot on my mind so i wasn’t thinking, not sure if it was the manager but she out loudly and RUDELY goes are you okay? and some other things all because i came into the wrong store? i just walked off i don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but if you hate your job that much then quit!
