Everything about this is poor. I ordered my pizza at 6 it was supposed to be delivered around 7:13. No one showed up when I called, they remade my food and was to have it delivered again, it never showed up! It 9:40pm now and when I called they said they couldn’t do nothing. The manager didn’t even speak to me. They said it was delivered on their end. So now my husband and I are left with no food because we were waiting on food twice and no one shows up. Seriously, I’ve been ordering from this location for a while and I’ve never encountered this before. I just don’t understand honestly, can you not call the driver and see where they are? Are you not capable of watching your employees and seeing what they are doing. I’m disappointed.

Ordered online and the app told us to head in because our order was ready. Front employee told us the order would be right out and the final pizza was just being cut. We waited for an extra 30 minutes in the store for our food on top of the time already waited at home for the app to notify us.
We watched them make our entire order in the store, so I guess nothing was done when we got there. I’m not really sure why it took so long and why they thought it was ok to lie, maybe the app measures their performance and they have to report false times and stats to keep up? I think we will probably skip this place in the future.

Ordered two pizzas from here last night, a Pesto Margherita with stuffed crust and a BBQ Beef pan pizza. The BBQ Beef was burnt and in large clumps rather than spread out and the Pesto Margherita was missing the pesto drizzle.
Almost every time we’ve ordered from this one in the past couple years it’s been a bad experience. Every time they get new management it seems to be good the one time we go after and then never again.

Just received and order from this location. I had originally ordered a pizza with extra cheese,extra sauce. Pizza was delivered with regular cheese,light sauce. Also ordered breadsticks,that came without a dipping sauce. Also ordered two drinks,that did not make it to my address. Delivery was done through doordash,but had originally ordered it through the pizza hut app,so it's not the dashers fault at all in this

The customer service does not exist! I ordered ahead of time and still had to wait, my order was ready about 1-2 mins prior ti my arrival! The front counter person was also working in the back along with the other 8-9 people; we sat there for 10 mins before even being acknowledged. I would never visit this location ever again when visiting Florida!!!

I ordered chicken wings with my order but didn’t receive them and when I called, they transferred me to someone that just answered the phone and didn’t respond. I’m assuming that it was because the connection is being weird since it’s raining a little bit, but it was like that when I called to place the order originally. I hung up and called the same number, since no one was speaking, and when I called back the guy either put me on hold or transferred me again before I finished speaking. I was waiting for another 7 minutes before I decided to hang up. I know that there is no refund once an order is place, so I was hoping to at least get a redelivery, once it was confirmed I did order the wings, but I will not be contacting or ordering from this location again.
1 hour and 15 minutes to receive a medium pizza, pasta and 16 wings. Food cold and congealed. Only assume this is an example of either Pizza Hut or the proprietor’s contempt for its customers. The joke is most definitely in the line of customers and door dash drivers tonight. Incredible that the quality control or management of the local region is so out of touch with their own brand. It was embarrassing to watch and I will never use Pizza Hut again if only that I and fellow customers should have more self respect than what I witnessed. Don’t worry Pizza Hut, I haven’t been for years so no big loss but two of my sons really wanted Pizza Hut and I stick with it. The rest of family ordered from one of your competitors and had their food delivered and eaten before we even received the one medium pizza, pasta and wings.

Worst service ever! My $40 order never arrived. I called what was listed as the store number and they kept telling me it was an answering service to place orders only so they couldn’t help with order status or refund. Told me they would transfer me to the store and out of 6 times was only transferred twice to be hung up on by the people who answered. Finally decided to dispute the charge with the bank instead. These people are thieves. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

I placed an order online and received a confirmation email, but the pizza never arrived. They offered me a free pizza if I picked it up myself, even though I was already charged to my credit card. How can the pizza be free when I already paid for it? They assured me they wouldn't charge me again since they had to remake it.

LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE time I've ordered here they always are "NOT READY" with my food when I order "carry out". It's always an excuse for power went out, we never received it, must have been a glitch, etc etc. I can NEVER TRUST this store to have my order ready on time. Each time I've always have to wait 15-20 minutes longer than the time I was told online.
