Pizza Hut used to be the best, super delicious! However, this experience honestly has left me with a bad taste. The quality of ingredients was poor. For example the pizza was SUPER Dry and the crust was horrible! I had 1 pizza hand tossed and 1 stuffed crust, both appeared to be exactly the same thing. The stuffed crust pizza was basically hollow air rather than cheese stuffing. The bread was dry and hard. Your pizzas used to be soft and fluffy and quality was everything. But even the pepperoni had a super porky flavor taste that was unpleasant. None of my family enjoyed it and we all even said little Caesar’s stuffed crust pizza now OUT-BEATS The hut.

This location is always slow, nothing is ever ready efficiently, it’s really dirty and off putting compared to other Pizza Huts in the area. The people who work here are not intelligent and act like they don’t know how to talk to humans at all. Parking is also a complete nightmare here because the neighboring Magical Vacation Homes vehicles take 75% of the lot. Go a little out of the way and get a better Pizza Hut, or just get Flippers or Papa Johns. I do not recommend this location at all. Shut it down.

Ordered almost 2.5 hours ago and can't get any answers on my order all I can say is thank God it was a cash delivery and im not out any money update after 3 hours and no one speaking to us from the store we finally got door dash to cancel the order.

I truly enjoy this place and the team here. If something goes wrong, like if they make a mistake with your order, they will inform you and correct it. They will prepare your entire order fresh, which I genuinely appreciate. You don't see that often these days. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind, and welcoming as soon as you step inside. Therefore, I will keep coming back and enjoying their pizza and all the other tasty items they have to offer.

Second time my order is just disgusting. I felt I lost my money. The pizza was hard and burned. When I told the manager he said I took so long to pick it up and didnt talk to me in good maners. I wont ever come back this back this place again. Stay with Domino’s stuffed crust pizza, you can heat it after a while at still feel fresh. I made a huge mistake going there.

Called this place, placed an order, had the money ready, and told them I wanted to pay In cash for delivery. They never came. I called once they answered and then left me on hold for ten minutes and didn’t respond. The second time they didn’t answer at all. Don’t order from the phone.

We had an order for 4 pizzas and 2 garlic cheese strips. One pizza was missing toppings so we called to let them know. They not only corrected the order but they sent us an entirely new order with the correct pizza. Excellent customer service is alive and well at this location!!!
