I ordered a pizza since 10 pm it's 12:14 am more than that 2 hrs still waiting I call the store to see what's going on to just tell me that they were back up with orders and they don't have a frame time when should be delivered the sales associate offered me it's a store credit that's it I asked to speak with manager being waiting more than 20 minutes finally the manager came to phone and tell me my pizza should be delivered until 1 am and for the wait she will give me a 25 dollar...read full review
My order was a disappointment!! I asked for a pizza with extra pepperoni, bacon and extra cheese and sadly I didn't get what I paid for!!! Then the employee didn't remind me about my sodas so by the time I noticed, I was home and had to waste more gas to pick them up. The shop was closed already by the time I got there but there were still employees there and it took about 15 minutes before anyone noticed I was knocking on the door for my soda
Pizzahut in poinciana made us return our pizza so we can get out refund cause they mess up our order and wouldn't give us a pizza
Pizza was an hr and half late said it would take 39 min

And not garlic crust
And it was a delivery so I wouldn't have to drive after work and be stuck in more traffic after i called on my way home finally got home thinking the pizza would beat me didn't still had at work another 30 min
And had to waste gas
