had a horrible experience with Pizza Hut on December 10, 2024. I placed an order (Order #3241210212319001402026532) at 10:23 PM from the location at 898 Cypress Pkwy, Kissimmee, FL. It was supposed to arrive by 10:55 PM but didn’t. At 11:30 PM, I called the store, only to hear an automated message saying they were closed.
Around midnight, I got a notification from DoorDash that my delivery would arrive at 1:00 AM. Who wants a pizza three hours late? By morning, I found the pizza left on the ground outside my door, soaking wet from the rain and tampered with by animals. The driver didn’t even ring the doorbell!
When I called the store for a refund, they refused. This level of service is unacceptable. I will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again until their delivery and customer service improves.

Pizza was burnt, tasted like burnt cardboard. Pizza crust was so burnt no one could eat it if they wanted to without risking a broken tooth. My dog was not even interested and she eats anything! Cheese sticks were under cooked and we had to rebake them. So overall not good. Will not be ordering from them again.
Got home food was over cooked and soda was hot store closed by the time I got home called back tonight manager said the fridge is not working so that’s why my soda was hot and he said the food was over cooked prob because I took to long to come and get he did not want to remake my order or offer me a discount very disappointed

I ordered two pies on Bogo Tuesdays. I was told I can order whatever I wanted and it will be Bogo however, when I looked at my bill the lower pizza was taken off, I thought they were both the same price. However, we thought the cheese and the pepperoni pie was good.
