Forgetting the soda it’s whatever honestly but not being able to get ahold of the store to tell them so because they have a call center as the number, and when you call they keep saying they will transfer you without even asking what store they’re going to transfer you to, and bounce you from person to person and not let you speak is kinda crazy.

Too disorganized, people waking around the back in tank tops no uniform no hair nets and management is saying anything . Too many orders for them to handle ,all uniforms disheveled, no name tags . Horrible customer service

I went with my partner to pick up a pizza order at the Pizza Hut in Poinciana, and what should have been a simple pickup turned into an experience of discrimination and mistreatment.

While I was speaking with who claimed to be the store manager, my partner respectfully tried to ask a question. At that point, the manager began treating him poorly simply because he is a man and Latino.

The situation escalated when the manager mockingly tried to speak to us in broken Spanish, clearly not knowing the language — which felt like a direct act of disrespect and discrimination. He also raised his voice, pointed aggressively, and spoke to us in a threatening manner.

The worst part? After we left the store, the same manager came outside to follow us, continuing to insult us and even attempting to physically assault us. It was frightening.

It is unacceptable that a brand like Pizza Hut would allow someone in a managerial position to treat customers with hate, racism, and aggression. I demand that this situation be investigated and that immediate action be taken against this individual. What we experienced was not just disrespect — it was dangerous.

I was with my partner, and she told the cashier she had an order. I confirmed that we actually had two separate orders, and suddenly the cashier started yelling at me and saying in Spanish, “Cálmate,” just because I said we had two. I don’t know if it was because we’re Latino, but his reaction was completely out of line.

We asked him if everything was okay, and he said, “No, because of customers like you.” That was extremely disrespectful.

He walked to the back, and thankfully a kind female cashier helped us. When we got our food, I asked to speak to a manager because of how badly we were treated. That’s when the same guy came out again and claimed he was the manager. We told him he didn’t act like one at all.

What happened next was completely unacceptable — he left the store and attempted to physically attack us outside. We felt threatened and unsafe.

If anyone in upper management is reading this and doubts our story, you can check the cameras from July 6th, 2025 at around 7:00 PM. The footage will speak for itself.

This location needs serious attention. No one deserves to be treated or threatened like this.
