I order thin crust pizza, and got a regular pizza and it was not in me to call up there an fuss about it. Some one up there just need to listen and complete the order correctly. Pizza was good wings was good. But I wanted a thin crust so its a 1 star for me. Until further notice.

I walked in and ordered the pizza at 4:41. The cashier told me it'll be 20 minutes. I'll waited and he said it's not done yet. So I waited another 20 minutes. The whole time my pizza was in the warmer for 40 minutes And then Alexabell asked me for my receipt. I gave him my receipt and my pizza was in the warmer. the whole time, so i looked at the pizza it was dry and the cheese was brunt and cold I told him I do not want it.. I want my money back so that Pizza Hut on cypress. Do not give you refunds and the manager that works there has a nasty attitude.

Every time I order delivery they take 1 and a hour to 2 plus hours by the time I get the pizza it’s basically cold. Please hire more drivers this is disappointing. We never get any apologies or

Ordered one large and one small pizza. Two orders of wings 6 pieces each. Not only did I pay $73 the food was cold, the boxes were squished. I’m so over their mediocre service. The food in Poinciana really disappoints. And the prices are despicable. If I’m willing to pay all of that for food at least make sure it’s worth my money.
