I came here to get fried chicken wings and shrimp egg rolls ... 1st the chicken wings are small boney tasteless fried grease and the shrimp egg roll is a sring roll ... if i wanted a spring roll i would have ordered that... and they claim to be NY style ... MY A$$ ... im from NY this was a disgrace ... im sorry but it wasnt worth my 20.oo for nothing

What a disaster. We ordered a gallon of pork fried rice and a large sweet and sour chicken and instead received a gallon of shrimp fried rice and a quart container of chicken. Someone in our group is allergic to shrimp which is why we avoided the special fried rice or shrimp fried rice. And if the quart container is the large sweet and sour chicken, then someone please explain to me which containers are the medium and small orders. Then we called the place and the person on the phone insisted the quart was the large but had no answer when we asked which were the medium and/or small. The guy on the phone was no help, told us that they were closing and to just call Uber. Uber did not add shrimp to our rice. Uber did not try to pass off a quart as a large. Uber is not obligated to answer for your mediocrity. Disastrous showing by Poinciana Chinese Restaurant, its going to take a lot for me to ever order from here again. Citrus Garden clears this place with their eyes closed.

First time ordering from here and I’d have to say that this was probably the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. First, everything had a strange taste. The sesame chicken was dry and the sauce tasted horrible and was more like jelly than a sauce. The chicken fried rice had no flavor whatsoever. Both the lo mein and the rice were al dente (the white rice tasted like day old leftover rice) and the Rangoon's were barely filled and rubbery, with a medicine cup sized serving of sweet and sour sauce. Definitely a one and done for me.

Worst tasting Chinese food I've ever eaten unfortunately. The place doesn't look or smell clean.I asked for, chicken lo mein and they gave me plain lo mein.Honestly, I've been eating Chinese food for 35 years or more, but won't go there again.

Ridiculous amount of meat when you order the family meal last week I ordered the family meal for 4 it was barely enough meat for two so the following week I ordered a family meal for six and the same amount of meat comes in the family meal of 6 as the family meal of four the only difference is you get an extra half gallon of rice I will never eat at this place again, and I suggest that nobody else does for the amount of money it cost for the food is a complete rip off, and the owner will tell you there’s nothing that they’re going to do even after I told him this will be the last time I ever order from there here’s a picture of the meat that is given to you and my hand is in the photo for size comparison. It’s barely enough to feed two children. and the meal cost me about $50. You can tell the food has been sitting in warmers because after I ordered the food was ready in 10 minutes.

Delicious & fresh!! They actually use bean sprouts and egg in the fried rice and ZERO peas and carrots. Pork fried rice is quite good with lots of tasty pork included. Pan-fried dumplings are large and tender. Truly New York style Chinese food. We've found our new go-to Chinese take-out spot!!

$30 on food and nothing was edible."Rib tips" are full rib chopped into bite-sized pieces and barley cooked. It has a funny smell and tasteThe chicken and broccoli is horribleThe chicken is like rubber, and there are 3 pieces of broccoli, that's the only thing edible.The sauce is horribly salty and jelly like thickness. My eggroll is fried so hard it couldn't be eaten.When I went to call due to them saying they closed at 9, no one would answer, and now they are closed. I will be contacting them tomorrow to discuss a refund!
